Under construction property, small rooms, poor maintenance and untrained staff
Pros:

Our room in the rear block (only that block is ready as of now) had a partial view of the nearby mountain.

Cons:

Avoidable. Compared to the photos, property grounds and rooms/bathrooms are much smaller in reality. Still under construction hotel (front block may take a few months more), with pleasant but untrained staff. Small, poorly maintained and unclean rooms, despite it being a new property. Electrical power supply was erratic. Not expected at this price-point of almost 10K a night.
