Need serious corrections
Cons:

Several things disappoint me.
(1) Failure to mention how time-consuming the parking process is (worse than other apps). Hotels can warn guests with a simple message after booking is made.
(2) Incorrect Google map location tag; it directs guests to the back door of the hotel which is locked after certain hours.
(3) WRONG ROOM WAS ASSIGNED. Booked a room with some space and cabinet and some minor facilities, but the room was small, had no cabinet and some minor facilities was actually communal. The size of the bathroom was also smaller than in the picture.
(4) I could have dealt with the smaller room if i was warned earlier because i dont have families with me, but then i double-checked and i was still charged RM200+. That was definitely not worth the cost.
All in all, the stay wasn't as i hoped it to be.

bilik bersih cantik berbaloi dengan harga..terus terang ye sangt² sejuk best gila tido tak payah aircond just buka kipas no 1 dh mengigil ...banyak tempat² yang viral dekat cameron tu dekat je dengn hotel puas hati recommenn sangt..

Pros:

Self check in.I stayed at room 103.The room have a small window in the toilet which was slightly open and we feel not safe because anybody can access and we can see through the store room from that window.We tried to close because anyone can see us by using handphone or peep us. That was very dangerous for our safety. Hope management can do something about this issue. OUR SAFETY IS VERY IMPORTANY!!

Cons:

Toilet window is horrible and not safe because it was not locked, slightly opened and the curtain is too short.
