Séjour magnifique à Bodrum
Pros:

Séjour parfait au Hyde Bodrum ! J’ai eu la belle surprise d’être surclassé avec une chambre donnant directement sur la piscine, alors que j’avais réservé une simple chambre. Le personnel a été très à l’écoute, répondant rapidement à mes réclamations et m’offrant même un moment détente au spa – un service exceptionnel.

Overall disappointing stay....
Pros:

Hotel Property was modern. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

This hotel is not a place you should consider unless you want to party 24/7. There is constant loud music in all areas of the hotel and this runs until 2am most nights. If you have a room facing the pool, all the best in trying to rest and sleep. I moved rooms three times. Some of the young hotel guests were loud and obnoxious with no regard for other hotel guests. I appreciate the staff finding me alternate accomodations at the hotel, as I was going to check out of the hotel a couple of days into my 10 day stay.
The food offering was mediocre for an all inclusive 5-star hotel, and very repetitive in the main restaurant. Have had better quality and selection at other all-inclusive properties in Bodrum. Every morning at breakfast I had to ask for a spoon. Not sure why this is not part of a standard table dining setting.
Some staff were excellent, some were not. The language barrier is a significant problem for some staff with very limited English.
The gym is only open until around 8pm each day which was rather inconvenient for a hotel of this standard.
Pool area was nice, but pool wasn't heated.
The beach area was incredibly small and when the hotel is busy, in my view it is simply too crowded. There is an ugly fence dividing this hotel property from the next, and this limited the outlook to the ocean.
A number of other issues I experienced included - QR codes did not work sufficiently across all areas of the hotel, whereby drinks and food are required to be ordered. Received warm beer at the pool. There were issues with timely daily servicing of rooms and issues re-filling mini bars during my stay. Instead of simply refilling them when staff were asked to, they would try to argue the point on the guest WhatsApp chat.
Definitely would not consider this a 5-star hotel, 4-stars at most in its current service format.

Great gastronomic experience and a good beach
Pros:

The food is awesome! The best quality I have ever tasted in Turkey in all inclusive hotels

Cons:

It is not possible to sleep at all if your room with pool view. The music is until 1:30 -2:00 a.m.
The reception staff wasn’t sure when all this disco stopped. It was not leisure, it was a huge problem…

Some staff is extremely professional (especially in the restaurants and bars) and some persons are not.
There were no clear info about what works and what doesn’t work.
The gym is opened only until 7 p.m. But why?! So many people go to gym at night…

The beach is good but be careful about the stones especially in the time of low tide.

Notre séjour au Hyde Bodrum a été parfait du début à la fin ! Il n’y a vraiment aucun point négatif. Nous avons très bien mangé : le buffet du matin et du soir était varié et délicieux, et l’après-midi, les plats à la carte étaient excellents. Le paysage est magnifique, l’endroit calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre.

Le personnel est super attentionné ! C’était l’anniversaire de mon mari et ils nous ont offert une bouteille et un gâteau dans la chambre, une délicate attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés.

Nous avons également profité d’un massage en couple, c’était très relaxant, je recommande à 100 %.
Un séjour inoubliable, à refaire sans hésiter ! 🌸✨

Pros:

El hotel está lindo y cómodo, no es muy grande y eso facilita ver todo.
El personal muy amable, la comida está muy bien y amplia variedad, las habitaciones de buen tamaño y muy limpias y modernas. El wifi es rápido y está en todas las instalaciones. Tienen varias actividades durante el día, ya sea deportes, DJ o actividades grupales. Yo volvería a repetir

Special mention to Alin and Tita who were very hospitable and do an extremely good job.

Definitely one for the younger set, but it was lovely.
Pros:

Decor was lovely. Very clean. Liked it had great pool & beach area. Food was very good!!! Staff were very helpful, especially the reception team. Moving us to a different room as the music went on to 2am & we couldn’t sleep. We came for a relaxing last few days of sun. Hotel caters for the younger clubbing crowd.

Cons:

Couldn’t walk anywhere. A little remote. Some guests were particularly rowdy and played their own music, screaming & dancing & jumping in the pool splashing us & not caring. Security did come & move them but they came back a few hours later, enough of a nuisance we had to end being round the pool.
