I was affraid to book an all inclusive holiday, thinking the food would be bad. However, at Hyde, we were surprised by the quality and range of choices, simply great. The room was beautiful. Fun bar/ restaurant at the water to hang out at all afternoon
The only/ fastest way for us to get to the from our room to the restaurants was walking past the buys pool/ bar area, which I didnt really enjoy.
Amazing Hotel! Truly one of one - never stayed in a place like this! The staff were truly amazing and friendly, they were the heartbeat of the property! We miss our lovely Balinese friend (name starts with an S) who usually works at Hyde Beach Bar! And another lovely lady who usually works in Bungalow Bar! (Sorry forgot your name, and also the lovely lady who works mainly evenings in Sun & Moon bar! You guys were AMAZING & really made our stay special! Facilities were 10/10, Food 10/10 (especially the lamb ribs, my Mrs ate about 20 in 1 night haha, the facilities & bedroom was also 10/10! We cannot wait to be back!!!

Plastic glass need to replace for window glass , The air freshener could preferably be replaced with another one not so strong like at the moment

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
We had the most amazing time at Hyde Bodrum. Before coming, I honestly felt my expectations were too high based on pictures, etc, however, it was by far the opposite. Firstly, our room was upgraded, which was a big treat; the amenities in the room (e.g. Malin & Goetz soap and shower gel) were a great plus) and having freebies in the mini bar was great too. Breakfast was incredible, with a huge buffet. We loved the omelettes that you can get made for you as well. The service was great, being able to order drinks to your table. The pool area was amazing, with incredible service again, with a man on roller skates serving you your drinks. The water was chilly but so refreshing, and we loved the shape of the pool, and it was so clean. At midday we had lunch at the beach club, which was superb as well. Dinner at the buffet again was so good. There was a station by the entrance every day with a new dish, and there were always new things to try, which meant you didn't get bored of eating the same things. The gym was super nice, exactly what you need from a hotel, with towels and water in there to have throughout. The classes were so great, we did Pilates one day, which was so tough but loved it. The spa area was also super nice, and we were surprised this isn't marketed more, because we weren't even sure there was one, and it's quite hidden, really, but the sauna and steam room were great. It was also super quiet, which I think is because people maybe didn't realise. All in all, an incredible place that we'd love to come back to!
I honestly couldn't really fault this place; it was so incredible. Some of their cocktails in the evening weren't amazing, but we didn't always know what we were ordering, and there was a bit too much alcohol in them sometimes, but hardly an issue...
It was also sometimes hard to keep your table at breakfast or dinner, as other people were looking for tables and one time our plates and drinks were cleared and someone stole our table while we were at the buffet, but oh well.

Leider wertet das Niveau der Gäste das Hotel ab: viele Gäste sind auf der Suche nach neuen Bekanntschaften, viele stark rauchende Gäste, Viele lassen sehr viel Essen liegen (rücksichtslose Verschwendung!) … Und leider ist auch das Personal, insbesondere Bedienung, einfach unprofessionell. Es herrscht viel Chaos im Hauptrestaurant (insbesondere im Außenbereich), auch im Restaurant am Strand ist es oft chaotisch. Das Management versucht mit sofort Maßnahmen die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen, obwohl tiefgreifende Veränderungen zu empfehlen sind.
Beautiful property. The food quality exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk were all smiles and the servers in all restaurant were kind and helpful.

На ресепшен долго не могли найти нашу бронь и продержали более двух часов на что мы сделали замечание и попросили персонал сделать нам компенсацию в виде бесплатного катания на сапах, что бы мы не поставили плохой отзыв. На следующий день старший менеджер отеля нас вызвал и стал угрожать полицией за то что мы угрожали персоналу и говорил что полиция нас депортирует около часа мы выслушивали его угрозы. Мы разволновались и после этой угрозы мой отдых был сильно испорчен.
Так же если вы хотите ехать надолго в этот отель я бы не рекомендовал так как отель маленький , все окна отеля выходят внутрь двора и ночью идет постоянный шум от ночных дискотек и криков гостей, тишина наступает к 5-ти часам утра. Один два дня это весело, но за неделю это сильно утомляет .
