Chaque membre du personnel a été très accueillant et arrangeant. Et cette vue sur le lac, on ne s'en lasse pas!

Un petit déjeuner un peu sommaire, la décoration et les équipements vieillissants.
Wundervolle Lage. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Die Einrichtung erinnert an die 70.Jahre aber gut unterhalten und gepflegt. Parkplatzangebot war ebenfalls toll.
- The location and the view onto the lake are great.
- The lady responsible for the breakfast was super friendly.
- It was a very hot period, so I understand that the rooms are a bit warmer. But our room was at 35°C when we arrived and didn't go below 33°C in the night. The provided slow ventilator was no help and it was very hard to get some sleep.
- When you open the floor-length windows, the guests on the restaurant terrace can see directly into your room, incl. the bed.
- The waiter in the restaurant was quite rude.
- The declaration that there are only rooms with shared toilets is not really clear. The description first says "private bathroom" only to say - much later in the list - that there is actually only a shared toilet.
Hôtel un peu vieillot mais sympathique. Bien dans l'ensemble.

Loved everything about this hotel! Very kind and friendly staff! I was staying in a high floor corner room and it was beautiful! ❤️ Nice decor on the walls, very comfortable bed and spectacular views of the lake and mountains. There was a portable stand-up fan in my room, which was nice because it was very hot weather! I really loved the old classic pink tile bathroom with the photo of a cute kitty cat on the toilet lid! 😺 The restaurant served delicious meals outside with great views! Breakfast was wonderful too! Had an enjoyable stay! Thanks! 👍😊
Prices at the restaurant were a little expensive, but this is Switzerland! 😏

Good view from the room.
dirty, old interior, not provision for hot days. The bottle of water in the room was already open. Furniture was damaged and bathrooms were dirty. The property was closed on Monday so we were waiting for 10 minutes outside in the baking sun with our suitcases. Eventually a neighbour let us in but didn't speak a word of english (only Spanish). The fans in the room were rubbish and only blew hot air around, no air con.
Les propriétaires de l’établissement sont formidables et très très accueillants. La chambre avec vue sur le lac magnifique. Nous avons aussi dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel personnel et service impeccable ainsi que le dîner.
Alors je n’ai rien à dire sur l’hôtel , mais par contre notre réservation n’a pas dû être correctement faite entre booking et l’hôtel, car à notre arrivée la propriétaire n’a pas trouver notre nom et numéro de réservation. Par chance une chambre était libre pour 1 nuit (réservation pour 3 nuits)et pour les 2 autres nous à trouver une solution…merci à eux pour leur réactivité
Pas d'air conditionné WC à l'étage matelas catastrophique bon marché mais pas recommandable
La taille de la chambre était bien correcte et la literie de bonne qualité. La vue était incroyable sur le lac Léman.
Je n'aime pas le rideau qui me col sur la peau dans la douche. Le reglache de la température se fait sans robinet thermostatique.
