Pros:

Location, view, peace, serenity, cleanliness, hygiene, courteous staff, environment friendly practices, awesome construction, gentle lights, soothing music.....a perfect getaway for people seeking vacation from chaotic city life.


Rejuvenation and recharge needed to go back to life.

Poor service not expected from ITC

The location and the property itself are very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and good potential.

Cons:

Restaurant orders were frequently delayed, which made dining frustrating. In the room, the window locks were broken, raising concerns about comfort and safety. On top of that, several staff members were unresponsive or slow to act when requests were made, which added to the inconvenience.

Excellent and comfortable stay in nature
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the room was perfectly sized and had a lovely view of nature with large glass windows strategically placed to give a feeling of living in a forest. The food and the amenities offered overall were decent. No complaints at all!

i had a fabulous time with my wife for our anniversary
Pros:

i quite enjoyed the hospitality and the staff made sure we were well cared for at all times, especially a staff member named ravinder kumar who was constantly making sure we had an awesome experience

some times the food was not as salted as i would have liked

Please consider adding more steam rooms, both within and outside the spa area, to make them more accessible and convenient for guests to use.

Pros:

Nice secluded location

Cons:

Its not value for money. The forest pod for 14k a night was small. The shower area hardly has any room. The tea wrapper in the room was torn. Bathroom has no space. The room is really cramped. It shd not be more than 8-9k. Food is mediocre though service is good.
