At best, a 3-1/2 star hotel

The staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The bed was too hard. The cold breakfast items were not covered and flies would pitch on the food. The staff preparing the food did not wear gloves.

Pros:

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel special. Cannot remember all the staff but they were all exceptional, especially Mr Say. We had a room overlooking the pool with a balcony. Room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and bottled water refilled. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Hotel is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars also the markets. We will be staying again. Big thank you to all the staff.

Overall the entire stay was pleasant and stuff really tries to make you feel welcoming and pleasant. I stayed for 3 nights on my way to the Angkor Wat tour. They even prepared my take away breakfast since I left the first day on a sunrise tour. I used a 90 min massage that was great, also laundry service that was great. The pool area is the best and I would give it 10/10. Location is centrally located that is a plus for walking around the city. Also a big super market just across and a shopping mall around the corner.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard for me to sleep, also the central Aircon was too much for me. Even if you put it on the lowest it's still too much. Room furniture needs an update a bit but that doesn't take away from the entire hotel. All recommendations.

Frühstück alles sehr sauber und einladend angerichtet, Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich, alle Wünsche wurden zur Zufriedenheit erfüllt.
