La ubicación y el personal

Cons:

Los enchufes no funcionaban bien para cargar móviles, el lavabo se atascó dos veces en 4 días y nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor. Además el jacuzzi del Spa no funcionaba.

Le personnel toujours au petit soin, jolie piscine, belle salle de sport (un peu vieillissant mais fonctionnelle). Emplacement top.

L'hôtel a un vieilli mais est tres efficace pour un bon séjour.

We were very pleased with the experience of our stay.
Pros:

It was a very clean and well kept property with a congenial and very helpful staff. The amenities of a poolside bar, a fitness center, a spa, and a pool were all well kept and pleasant to enjoy. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance of many of the attractions in Siem Reap including the National Museum and Pub Street. The accommodations were a great value.

Cons:

Considering the price and the helpfulness of the Staff and the maintenance of the facility, there was very little to complain about.
