Check-in is from 3.00pm onwards. Should you wish to arrive a little earlier, you are more than welcome to join us in our bar for a drink or two; alternatively, we'd be more than happy to store your luggage while you explore the local area or make use of the club facilities.
Check-out is 11.00am.
Our Pulse Bar and Restaurant is open throughout the day for you to enjoy at your leisure. Please be advised that pre-booking is not necessary.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available 7.00am to 10.30am Monday to Friday
and 7.30am to 10.30am on weekends and bank holidays.
LUNCH
Lunch is served daily from 10.30am - 3.00pm.
DINING
Dinner is served daily from 5.00pm - 8.30pm.
Throughout your stay, you have complimentary use of our on-site pool, pool side facilities and gym. Studio Classes are also available, please contact reception on the day to check class availability and to book your space.
We can confirm that we have specific family swim times, please see below for your information:
Monday to Thursday – 10.00am to 11.00am then 3.30pm till 6.00pm
Friday - 10.00am to 11.00am then 3.30pm till 7.00pm
Saturday to Sunday, Including Bank Holidays – 11.00am to 6.00pm

Bed was very uncomfortable, it was supposed to be a double bed but ended up 2 beds put together that kept on separating, had a big gap in between and the mattress was uncomfortable. No air conditioning apart from 1 very small fan that didn’t do any good. Asked for another fan at reception but did said they didn’t have a spare dispute them having one large fan and a smaller fan at the desk.
Perfect when you can golf, swim and gym.

Room was spacious and very comfortable , spa was nice but would not say exceptional and was quite a distance from hotel..breakfast was ok… however excellent value for money.
The layout although it is a golf club so this perhaps the reason ..
The staff was very welcoming and helpful the area of hotel is always a beautiful one overlooking the courses and seeing all the wildlife at night.
Unfortunately the heat was too much with no air conditioning in the rooms and no air conditioning in the social areas something to consider with it being such a popular chain of establishments.

There was no aircon in the rooms, it was 30 degrees in the room, we had our 14 month old child and she was beside herself in the heat that we had to leave in the middle of the night to go home.

We stayed recently for a charity golf day with evening events also, budget buffet breakfast was just poor, staff were still friendly, evening entertainment room was super hot, power kept cutting out, etc. no football as requested by organisers, just not reflective of the rest of the place. Rooms were also boiling, defo could retro fit air con to rooms as all have external wall

The bed was excellent in size and it was extremely comfortable, i have trouble sleeping but I had a good night sleep, and the room was very clean apart from the bedside table the little shelf had thick dust.
The tea/ coffee options were great .
The room would have been marked exceptional but it had no air-conditioning in the room which me and my husband experienced for the first time, we get 1night off a year for our wedding anniversary . Which is now 17years.
