Excellent stay, including friendly staff, excellent food and accommodations, can't say enough.
Pros:

This was very clean updated modern accommodation. Very comfortable to stay at with access to many of todays updated electronic amenities. Staff were friendly. Food exceptional. I'd give a five star rating for both accommodation and food.

Crisp and comfortable.
Pros:

Wonderful lunch in the restaurant. Room filled with lots of ultramodern gadgets like bedside hoop lamps turned on, up, and off by touching. Bathroom mirror had heating to avoid steam.

Cons:

A bit far from anything.

Would not recommend to anyone.
Cons:

There was no staff on site. Couldn’t find anyplace to check in. Slats on bed kept falling off while sleeping so mattress was sunken in. Room was not secure. Opened into a hallway that led to Pub but person who let us into room kept the key so he could enter whenever he wishes. No internet. View was of a sand pit.

Comfortable and quiet
Pros:

The room was very modern and clean and super comfortable. It was great to have a microwave and fridge. The big TV and access to streaming services was great. Proximity to the river and tables to enjoy the river was nice.

Cons:

When we arrived the staff were not aware of our reservation because the owner was away. This was a bit nerve wracking but luckily I had the price I paid and the details from booking.com and a room was still available. Not sure what I would have done if they had given the room away, unaware that I was coming. I did not explore the town but the area seemed quite remote so it might have been hard to find something else. There is a bar patio just outside but it was not busy.
