Very very poor and disgusting 😭

Very horrible Experience।very very poor response from staff।I have booked C room but they have no remot of Ac। Very small room and no window, cheated by Booking .com they not confirmed By physical or video Audit hotel quality ,They write toiletries but Hotel not provide anything , ipurchase from Market, there is booked with brackfast but they not pro ide brackfat evenno tea।I was going to office trip need laptop table but they not provide ,no bedsheet clean. Smal ant in room and on bad. Im very very sad withthis type of hotel room

Worst class and very dirty hotel ever booked for myself
Pros:

This hotel is a total scam, I booked the stay for 3 nights and I just stayed here for one day and realized this hotel is an absolute scam there is no water no proper Ac no proper service they still had stuffsfrom previous customer no cleaning broken shelf completely rusted , staff is very untrained and not so well mannered they sleep Infront of the reception office on floor. The owner of the hotel does not know how to treat customers there are people waiting from other rooms for water outside this is worst stay than Mumbai slums guys don't book this place this an absolute scam. Your money is not worth it. I got charged 6k for 3 nights and left the first day and got a better stay at Ghatkopar I did not care about money because the other days to stay there would be like living in hell 🤢...Not Recommend at All!! Have a better stay some other place.
