Schönes Onsen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Je länger ich dort war umso mehr entdeckte ich den Charme der alten Einrichtung.
Das Bad war sauber und rund um das Aussenbecken sind Bäume, welche jetzt im Frühling alle grün waren.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat war reichhaltig. Im Frühstücksraum fühlte ich mich unwohl und ich vermisste ein warme Atmosphäre. Darum hat mir das Frühstück auch nicht besonders geschmeckt.

Pros:

温泉、ビールの無料提供、朝食、温泉めぐり、スタッフのホスピタリティ皆さん感じの良い方ばかり🙆

Cons:

ホテルは良かったのですが、温泉街で営業しているお店が少なくて街ぶらを楽しむことが出来ず残念でした。

ベッドサイドに灯りが有るといい。
脱衣所のドライヤーが故障していました。

Friendly staff and well located to both the ski hill and restaurants.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, giving us ideas of where to eat out for dinner. The location was perfect for us each morning as we were easily able to walk to the ski hill, with a drying room available too for our gear. In the evenings, there were restaurants and public onsens available within a reasonable walking distance. The onsen was very authentic, with both indoor and outdoor onsen at varying temperatures to select from. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and our friend really enjoyed having the open lounge area by the fireplace to meet each night before we headed back into our rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome!
Pros:

The staffs there were marvellous. Especially Masa San. He is very knowledgeable and fluent in English. Always ready to help when needed. He really complimented our stay there.

Pros:

one staff speaks very fluent English. Nice hall and atmosphere, onsen is great but a bit small, but guests can go to sister hotels to enjoy the onsens there too.
