Awesome!
Pros:

The staffs there were marvellous. Especially Masa San. He is very knowledgeable and fluent in English. Always ready to help when needed. He really complimented our stay there.

Pros:

one staff speaks very fluent English. Nice hall and atmosphere, onsen is great but a bit small, but guests can go to sister hotels to enjoy the onsens there too.

Exceptional Staff
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, they turned our stay into unforgettable experience. The staff's caring attitude made our entire stay feel special and comfortable. Great location, Ski wardrobe at the hotel, nice atmosphere at the lobby - board games, popcorn machine , happy our, coffee and tea corner - great variety of tea, fireplace, few dishes are offered that you can heat in the microwave. Shuttle bus from/to Zao bus station.

Cons:

Well, there was only 2 things we didn't like and this was the cleanliness of the bathroom and some dust in the room. The photos we provide are made just after we entered the room. And the other thing was the the breakfast was very poor: ham, eggs, soup, different types of bread, jam, yoghurt, milk, juice, fresh vegetables like cabbage salad, maybe there were 1-2 more things.
