Convenient clean hotel
Pros:

Good location. Clean. Drinks and food reasonably priced for Switzerland.

Cons:

Lack of ac - rooms are very warm, making it tricky to sleep sometimes.

Clean comfortable hotel
Pros:

Location good, rooms and common areas clean.

Cons:

No air conditioning so had to leave the window open overnight. But quite a lot of noise from outside and the church bell throughout the night.

Pros:

Super Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof, modernes schlichtes Design. Sehr gutes Restaurant, sympathisches zuvorkommendes Personal. Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Super value, awesome staff and great breakfast = highly recommended hotel.
Pros:

Superb staff, fantastic room - super spacious and awesome breakfast. We appreciated the fan in the room and practical tips that worked to keep the room cool during Europe's big heatwave. The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.
