Los detalles estaban muy bien cuidados: snack de bienvenida, limpieza muy bien, temperatura de la calefacción agradable, platos de plástico para niños, netflix, variedad de almohadas...
Todo estaba muy bien, pero por poner alguna pega sin mucha importancia... para ir al baño hay que pasar por el salón y puede ser un inconveniente si hay siguen durmiendo en el sofá cama del salón.
This is a lovely apartment in a quiet area. We arrived in the night and the initial impression of the area was not good, as there are graffiti in the street and skips in front of the apartment block, but when we went inside, the apartment is light and airy, and very welcoming. In the morning the area looked much nicer and is very safe, with a supermarket located conveniently just round the corner; and we realised that in Spain, graffiti are everywhere! The apartment is within easy reach of the historical centre of Bilbao, the Guggenheim, and the train and bus stations. We walked everywhere, but a tramline passes close by for those who do not wish to walk.
The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and access to the apartment was without problems. We appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee and snacks. The bedroom was good sized with plenty of wardrobe space and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. We did not use the washing machine, but one is available.
We had a bit of a problem with opening the safe after we locked some things inside, however the owner replied immediately to our message and solved the problem remotely within a few minutes.
We would definitely stay again in this apartment!
The skips in front of the block resulted in some early morning noise, however this was minimal and there is good sound insultation in the bedroom, so this is a minor point really

Ana, the host was quick to respond and help with any requests. We thought the umbrellas were a nice added touch, especially as travelers it is an item you don't generally pack. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was well stocked. The heated towel bars in the bathroom dried clothing quickly. We wanted for nothing. Thanks.
Moderní nový apartmán, dokonale čistý, velkolepý, velk
ý, skvěle vybavený. Jednoduchý vstup na virtuální klíč, velmi příjemná majitelka, která vždy reagovala okamžitě a přátelsky. Jedno z našich nejlepších ubytování na cestách. Apartmán je v blízkosti centra, všude můžete chodit pěšky, za rohem je supermarket a hned naproti domu pěkný bar. Byli jsme moc spokojeni a i díky tomuto bytu byl náš pobyt v Bilbao dokonalý. Ráda bych doporučila skvělou restauraci v blízkosti: Café La Villa . Dokonalý zážitek, denní menu, ale pozor, vaří jen obědy a je třeba rezervaci. Moc děkujeme.

Well communicated with city centre, brand new, extremely clean and well organised. The host very helpful ( even brought us a mixer to prepare our baby daughter meals). First time we do not have a issue in a tourist apartment. Highly recommendable

Por poner una pega, había veces que la puerta, al abrirse y cerrarse de manera digital a través del móvil, daba fallos.
La limpieza y el orden , el apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor, además destaca por su limpieza y organización, además son súper detallistas dejaron cositas para nuestras más cotas, la verdad que súper contentos.
El apartamento estaba súper limpio, precioso y muy muy cómodo.

Limpieza, ubicación, bonito y que tenía productos básicos para usar (p.e. Jabón de lavar ropa, aceite de oliva, etc.). Además, la persona encargada estaba accesible todo el tiempo mediante móvil.

There's a playground in front of the building, so it might be noisy at night if you want to sleep with the window open.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 giorni. E' situata a circa un KM dal centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. E' situata nella parte alta della città ma c'è un comodissimo tappeto mobile che porta su. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, molto spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort (compresa la lavatrice), sia il letto che il divano sono molto comodi ed il bagno ha una grande doccia e il lavandino a due postazioni. Tutto pulitissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e siamo stati veramente benissimo. Consigliato per chi vuole una vacanza indipendente
