Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Sahur Buffet will be serve from 4.30am till 5.30am at The Straits Estate Restaurant, level M3 during Ramadan.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Toilet flush is spoilt. Hot water is not functioning as fast as I want it to be. Need to let water run for 5 minutes before the hot water comes.

all ok

remarks: I feel that the breakfast menu does not offer enough variety. It would be great if the breakfast selection could be expanded to include a wider range of food categories to cater to different preferences.

Other than that, all the facilities are superb, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Good location, easy access to many food outlets and restaurants within the vicinity. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and well maintained.

Cons:
