Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Sahur Buffet will be serve from 4.30am till 5.30am at The Straits Estate Restaurant, level M3 during Ramadan.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great enjoyable stay for what was paid
Pros:

Clean and staff friendly with any concerns or questions being asked

Cons:

Some minor problems occurred like the air conditioning was having problems. Raised the issue with the staff and they were able to sort out the problem in a day

Birthday decorations were done perfectly as requested. Great service, especially the young receptionist (Zaim) at my 12:30pm check-in with a genuine smile.

Pros:

This is my first time visiting this country. The hotel is quite new, and we stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The living room was very spacious. The washing machine also functions as a dryer. All the appliances are new and functional. The price is very reasonable. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like is the traffic. The hotel is located in central Kuala Lumpur, and wherever we go, we have to deal with heavy traffic. Because of this, we usually need to leave about three hours before our appointments at other locations.
