Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Sahur Buffet will be serve from 4.30am till 5.30am at The Straits Estate Restaurant, level M3 during Ramadan.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

From check in right to check on, everything was seamless. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff are so polite and accomodating. The location is excellent. I will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

Room service is not 24 hours. We got in late and I had to order Grab food. Would have been better if room service was 24 hours.

Cons:

The food quality is below expectations - my egg was not properly cooked... We need to wait for nearly 1 hour for the staff to be present to help with the breakfast...
The front counter is not professional and focused doing her job.. it is like she remembered the sentences ..keep on asking same thing... Are you driving... Even though we answered it already, not smiling...and i see her tag on the cloth-trainee

Overall good with some improvements
Pros:

Cons:

- the room view I saw during booking the view I got were diff
- my room was right opposite service room & was noisy

Pros:

●近隣にスーパーマーケット、レストラン、カフェがあり買い物、食事に困らなかった。
●レジデンスには乾燥機付き洗濯機があり、便利だった。
●プールがとても良かった。
●総じてスタッフの対応が良かった。
●朝食を取りに外出した間（1時間位）に、部屋の掃除が終わっていて助かった。
