5-Star Experience at Hotel Perla Beach!
Pros:

From start to finish, our stay at Hotel Perla Beach Luxury was nothing short of amazing!
The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special mention to the manager, who was exceptionally professional - not only did she ensure everything was running smoothly, but she also took the time to personally check on all guests, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and more.
Our apartment with a sea view was absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning horizon every morning was a highlight of the trip. The food variety was impressive, with something for everyone, and it was always fresh and delicious.
The hotel is located on the best beach, with white sand and crystal - clear water. There were always free spaces available, so we could relax by the water without any hassle. It truly felt like a paradise getaway!
We can't wait to return. If you're looking for a place with a perfect balance of excellent service, gorgeous views, and great food, Hotel Perla Beach is the spot!

Foarte relaxant
Pros:

- Camerele cu vedere la mare merita toti banii;
- Curatenie in tot hotelul;
- Personalul foarte receptiv la probleme si atemtia la detalii marunte;
- Plaja cu sezlonguri gratuite;
- Parcare gratuita.

Cons:

- Mancarea poate fi imbunatatita. Cred ca este in functie de gusturi. Dar eu gaseam rar doua feluri de mancare pe gustul meu la pranz si cina;
- Umbrelele de la plaja sunt foarte mici si vechi, si nu se pot regla deloc.

Not a 5 star resort or experience
Pros:

We loved the location and the beach. The manager of the hotel was really trying her best to accommodate us.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were moldy and dirty. In fact our whole room smelled like mold. I saw a cockroach in our room the first night of our stay. Clean sheets and towels were provided everyday, but housekeeping was not cleaning the room. You need to pay extra for premium alcohol or frappe, I didn't see that on the listing anywhere. Food was ok, but leftovers from breakfasts were served as afternoon snacks. Pool is not heated. No drinks or food offered down at the beach as expected by a 5 star resort. Nothing to do in a rainy day. Kids club was disgusting - very dirty with a bunch of trashy toys thrown on the ground. I wouldn't stay here again and I would say this is a 2-3 star resort.

Pros:

Хареса ми хотелът. Чисто е, на добра локация, близо до морето. Басейнът е голям, музиката ненатрапчива. Готвачът и храната са супер. Управителката също.

Cons:

Служителите на рецепцията и барманите в лобито са неадекватни. На рецепцията вечно липсват, защото пушат или си гледат телефоните отзат зад рецепцията. А барманите... Въобще не знам за какво са. Аз бих ги махнала.

Highly recommended !
Pros:

A quiet location, exactly what we wanted.Our luxury room was very spacious and clean , with a priceless seeview.
Staff very friendly, did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable. Food was very tasty and the presentation was indeed 5 star, especially in the evenings.
Many thanks to Christina, the hotel manager and the receptionist Jenara( apologies for the wrong spelling) who helped us enjoy our holiday to the fullest. I am not going to mention the shortcomings because I have seen the staff willingness to overcome them.

Pros:

Prvi put smo letovali u Bugarskoj i moram da priznam da su utisci i vise nego odlicni, i sto se tice samog mesta Primorsko, a i naravno samog hotela koji je na odlicnoj lokaciji, na nekoliko koraka od prelepe pescane plaze sa besplatnim lezaljkama za goste hotela, i koji je ispunio sva nasa ocekivanja. Najvise pohvale zasluzuje Menadzerka Kristina, koja radi svoj posao krajnje profesionalno i koja se preko celog dana maksimalno trudi da sve bude u najboljem redu i koja gleda da ispostuje svakog gosta, veliko bravo za nju. Hrana je raznovrsna, ukusna i uvek sveza, higijena u celom hotelu na super nivou, sobe prostrane, svakodnevno se ciste i menjaju peskiri, sve u svemu samo reci hvale imamo za ovaj hotel i nas boravak u njemu. Vraticemo se ponovo obavezno i rado cemo preporuciti ovaj hotel i mesto Primorsko.

Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.

Foarte slab, nu recomand
Pros:

Singurul lucru care mi-a placut a fost camera. A fost spatioasa si curata.

Cons:

Nu pot sa spun decat ca am fost extrem de dezamagita de acest sejur. Am rezervat tocmai pentru ca este un hotel de 5 stele, insa facilitatile lor sunt de 2 stele cu indulgenta. Nu am vazut in viata mea sa mergi la all inclusive si sa ai o camera cu 8 feluri de mancare, reincalzite. Mancarea foarte slaba, resturile care probabil le ramaneau dintr-o zi, erau folosite pentru a doua zi intr-un alt fel de mancare. Nimic gatit corespunzator, si eu nu sunt o persoana pretentioasa. O piscina extrem de mica, loc de joaca pentru copii inexistent, in afara unui tobogan si a doua leagane rupte. Un singur bar in lobby cu bautura pe care nu o puteai bea. Fata bar pe plaja sau la piscina. Wi-fiul functiona doar in camera. Extrem de dezamagita! Daca vreti hotel de 5 stele nu mergeti aici!

Уникално преживяване и незабравима почивка.
Pros:

Изкарахме невероятна седмица тук. Всичко беше на топ ниво-чистотата в стаите и общите части на хотела, храната беше разнообразна и много вкусна. Имаха опции с пилешко, агнешко и телешко, които се срещат рядко в България. Управителката беше много отзивчива и всеотдайна на работата си. Няма нещо, което да не сме харесали. Върнахме се по-тежки заради вкусната храна. Поздрави на целият персонал в кухнята. Препоръчваме не с две, а с четири ръце. Така трябва да се посрещат гости на хотел. Едно голямо браво и благодарност на целия персонал на хотела, най-вече на управителката, която следи всичко изкъсо до най-малкия детайл. Благодарим ви, че направихте почивката ни незабравима!
