Important information:

Please note that during the winter months only three heated pools are open.

Guests are asked to wear an identification bracelet of the Club hotel Eilat during their stay.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian for the whole stay.

Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00 ,and check-out is possible until 14:00 .

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply - 50% prepayment will be charged immediately after making the reservation.

הבריכה מוצלת ונעימה גדולה מאוד ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד מקום נוח מאוד למשפחות

Pros:

באתר של קלאב הוטל היה מחיר יותר נמוך כולל ארוחת בוקר, בגלל שאני אוהב לסגור דרך בוקינג, אז סגרתי הלכתי עם ילד בן 6, למחרת בבוקר כאשר הלכתי לחדר אוכל פתאום אומרים לי שזה לא כלול, ואז התחלתי לחפש בחוץ ארוחת בוקר לבד ולא עם החברים אז כבר לא חזרתי למלון, הגעתי ללילה אחד קיבלתי את החדש ב 16:00 ויצאתי ב 7:00 בבוקר הילד לא נהנה לא מהבריכה ולא משום שירות של המלון ועוד לקחו 1800 שקל ללילה, ממש חוצפה. הכזבה.

10 מ10 הילדים עפווו וגם אנחנו
Pros:

10 מ10, החדרים מרוויחים ונוחים מאוד. השירות והצוות מעולה. אדיבים, נעימים ונענים כמעט לכל בקשה בכל שעה.
הופתענו מאוד שלא היה מורגש העומס והטירוף של אוגוסט. בהחלט נבוא שוב

חוויה נהדרת פעילויות ורמת ניקיון מעולים

המקום מלא בפעילויות לילדים ברמה שלא ראיתי במלונות בארץ קלאב אמיתי הופעות איכותיות פשוט לא היה צורך לצאת מהמלון והכל נקי מאד מאדדד

זהו זה מה שאהבתי אחרי 5 ימים בחופשה

החדרים לא נקיים
רעש בלילה שאי אפשר לישון בכלל
צעירים מרעישים ממש עם מוזיקה
וצוות המלון כמובן לא עשה כלום
האוכל לא משהו בכלל הילדים לא רצו לאכול שם אכלנו רק בחוץ

תחושה של הטעיה וחוסר שקיפות
Pros:

בסך הכול נהנינו מהשהייה במלון. האווירה נעימה, ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת, והמלון מתאים לחופשה משפחתית. החדר היה מעט צפוף בעקבות הוספת מיטה, אך מלבד זאת החוויה במלון הייתה טובה.

סוויטות זהות מוצגות בשמות שונים, חלקן לארבעה אורחים וחלקן לחמישה, וכך נוצר רושם שהסוויטה היקרה גדולה או משודרגת יותר. בפועל קיבלנו אותה סוויטה, אך שילמנו עליה כמעט פי 2.5 יותר ממה ששילמנו בשנה שעברה על שתי סוויטות כאלה יחד. יצאנו בתחושה קשה של הטעיה וחוסר שקיפות.

Pros:

ארוחת בוקר נהדרת,צוות חדר אוכל עושה מעל ומעבר

Cons:

הניקיון ממש לא משהו,אין הסבר בקבלה לגבי המתקנים או המלון.
רק ביום האחרון הבנו שניתן לקבל מגבות לבריכה ולא לקחת מהחדר,פספנו מופעים ופעיליות לילדים כי לא עדכנו(בסוף שמנו לב שיש שילוט מתחלף).
הכי גרוע-אין בידוד לרעש בחדרים והוילון לא באמת מחשיך את החדר
