Important information:

Please note that during the winter months only three heated pools are open.

Guests are asked to wear an identification bracelet of the Club hotel Eilat during their stay.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian for the whole stay.

Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00 ,and check-out is possible until 14:00 .

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply - 50% prepayment will be charged immediately after making the reservation.

Please notes that once the reservation is completed, there will be no option to change the name of the guests.

Children under the age of 17 are not allowed to use the gym.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה - עלות תוספת ארוחת בוקר - 120 שח לסועד יחיד - ממש שערוריה

שירות העזרה בהוספת ארוחת בוקר - חוסר זמינות במענה לבוקינג - חוסר גמישות בקבל החדר - רק אחרי 16:00 קבלת חדר - האורחת חיילת קרבית בשירות חובה - ללא התחשבות וללא יחס אישי -
תוך כדי פינוי החדר ביציאה בשעה 10:00 ( בגלל אילוצי טיסה ברור שעזבה את המלון) אבל לא היתה התחשבות בקבלה.

בגדול אחלה מלון
Pros:

הניקיון. הבריכות מושלמות לילדים, הפעילויות מעבר (מסיבת קצף, מועדון היצירה זה מעולה לילדים).
גודל החדר מעולה לזוג פלוס ילד. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, לא צריך יותר. מיקום המלון נוח. קבלת החדר ב2, נראה לי סבבה.
הקולרים בכל מקום, נוח מאוד. בטח בחום הזה.

Cons:

המעליות, חייבים לעשות איתם משהו, איטיות בטירוף. הצ'ק אין, לא הבנתי את התהליך המייגע. צ'ק אין אמור להיות צ'יק צ'ק.
חדרים חייבים רענון, נראים מתקופת אנו באנו. באינסטגרם כל מיני משפיעני רשת מפרסמים שהחדרים שודרגו, לא רואים. עדיין יש את הפן באמבטיה שכבר קיבל צבע צהוב מרוב שהוא ישן.
האינטרנט, היה צולע. כשיש ילדים ולפעמים הם רוצים טלויזיה, חשוב שהאינטרנט יהיה יציב. בעיקר כשהמלון בתפוסה מלאה. הג'ימבורי נחמד, אבל חייב לעדכן שם משחקים, חצי מהכדורים בבריכת כדורים כבר גמורים.
בכללי לגבי אילת, לא קשור למלון, עיר קפואה בזמן לצערי, משעממת, המסעדות פה קצת חיות בסרט עם המחירים שלהן. בד"כ אנחנו נופשים בחו"ל, הפעם יצא שנפשנו בארץ, לצערי אני יודעת שזה לא יקרה בזמן הקרוב שוב.

זה שאי אפשר לבחור חדר זה מבאס בקטע אחר. שנה שעברה כנראה קיבלנו חדר עם מיקום מעולה וגם מתוחזק טוב.
הפעם קיבלנו חדר עם מיקום גרוע, רחוק והמזנו 3 חודשים מראש והחדר היה מתוחזק ברמה נמוכה. לא יודע מה הקטע

העובדים נעימים ומכבדים מאוד עובדי ניקון בעיקר

האוכל כאילו שידור חוזר אין חדש הכול אותו דבר התלוננתי גם על ארוחת הערב רכשתי שוברים ולא היה טעים וקר לא היה גם מבחר חבל אבל העובדים שם נחמדים מאוד ומכבדים
