Important information:

Please note that during the winter months only three heated pools are open.

Guests are asked to wear an identification bracelet of the Club hotel Eilat during their stay.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian for the whole stay.

Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00 ,and check-out is possible until 14:00 .

Pros:

שירות טוב של הצוות גם בקבלה, ביטחון וחדר האוכל.

Cons:

תור לא סביר לארטיקים במזנון בבריכה, אנשים שומעים מוזיקה ברמקולים שלהם ולא מעירים להם , צפוץ בבריכה ולא נעים. והחדרים נורא מיושנים הרגשה לא מזמינה בחדר. הרגשנו כמו פשפשים במיטה בלילה .. זה היה רק לילה אחד אז לא טרחנו אפילו לבקש משהו אחר.

שרשום היה שאסור לעשן ואנשים עישנו באופן חופשי בכל מקום. אף אחד לא העיר על כך למרות השילוט.
שהאיבזור בחדר האמבטיה דורש תיקונים.

קיבלנו חדר בקמפוס שאחרי שיפוץ. אין אמבטיה, מקלחון שלא קטן, אספקת שמפואים וסבונים בכמות מספיקה למשפחה אפילו יותר. מגבות אותו דבר. בקמפוס ששיפצו, הוחלפו גם רהיטים, טלויזיות גדולות יותר, ספה נפתחת חדשה, מקרר מקרר כמו שצריך. קיבלנו שירות מצוות, כרגיל, עם יחס אישי. הפעם גם נכנסנו לספאוחייבת לציין, שאפילו במלונות ספא, לא ראיתי סאונה וג׳קוזי כל כך נקיים, כאלו רק אתמול בנו אותם. יחס במשחקיה לילדים, היה כל כך טוב, שחופשי הייתי מאירה את הילדים שם לבד. כמה שאני לא אספר, זה לא מספיק בשביל לפרט את ההרגשה שקיבלנו. יודעת על בטוח, שנחזור לשם שוב ולא פעם אחד.
