Schade eigentlich - viel Potential, das nicht genutzt wird
Pros:

Die Lage zu Europapark/Rulantica war super.
Das Zimmer (wir hatten ein Familienzimmer) war schön groß und wir hatten genug Stauraum. Auch das Bad war groß. Alles war ansprechend hergerichtet.
Man konnte bequem kostenlos parken, ein Tesla Charger ist gleich nebenan.
In Laufweite befindet sich ein super guter Asiate und ein Bistro (fritz), wo es exzellente Burger gibt. Das Abendbuffet haben wir nicht genutzt, deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
Das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Der Service könnte wesentlich besser sein. Die junge Dame, die uns an der Rezeption empfangen hat, spricht quasi nicht und hat uns 10min stehen lassen, während sie in ihrem PC getippt hat. Da könnte man ja zumindest sagen, warum man jetzt ewig braucht. Als wir dann zum Aufzug gingen mit unserem Gepäck ging die Tür auf und ein Mitarbeiter des Reinigungsteams stand drinnen mit seinem Wagen und hat uns nur angeschaut und kein Wort gesagt und auch nicht den Aufzug verlassen, also haben wir unsere Sachen die Treppe nach oben getragen.
In den Zimmern gibt es ein großes Problem mit Feuchtigkeit, was man beim Eintreten sofort gemerkt hat. Die Lüftungsanlage ging zunächst nicht, erst am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes (scheinbar läuft sie nicht, wenn die Zimmer nicht bewohnt sind, was zur Folge hat, dass sich in den frisch renovierten Zimmern schon Schimmel in den Ecken bildet).
Das Kabel vom Föhn im Bad könnte etwas länger sein.
Alles in allem echt schade. Wenn man das Lüftungsproblem in den Griff kriegen könnte und an der Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientiertheit des Personals arbeiten würde, dann wäre das Hotel echt eine sehr gute Adresse!
