A comfortable addition to our weekend in Galveston
Pros:

I really appreciate the owner’s clear instructions. Their hotel was designed and decorated perfectly. All the way from the exterior to the individual rooms as well. Our neighbors were quiet as well.

Cons:

The place is quaint, but more of a dorm room than a hotel / apartment stay. Choose this place for location & free parking.. No coffee in the room, but a coffee machine in the entry area, no water for the machine. Another guest came in & said there had been a case of water, but apparently, it was used or taken & he showed us the machine we believed was the ice machine was storage. There was a microwave, mini frig, blowdryer & steamer in the room. The bed was comfy, although low to the floor. Bath was spacious, but we did not stay to use the shower. The weather had turned cold with high wind that was blowing in/ around the windowsill. You get plenty of reminders that checkout time is 11am!
Location is great, close to the 1894 Grand Theater, food & shopping. Great for those taking a cruise, but not a special occasion location & rather pricey compared to other places we have stayed.

Very Unique clean property
Pros:

We stayed here the night before a cruise. We rented room 7 and 8. Super close to the cruise terminal, restaurants close by. Very fun boutique hotel. Every room has a different theme. Even though it's small, the owner thought of everything. Mini Fridge, snacks, water/coffee, microwave, clothes steamer, etc. There is a washer/dryer available. From the pictures on-line I was concerned about the neighborhood, but I felt very safe walking around.

Cons:

There is no front desk or personnel on property. They text you 30 minutes before check in with the code. (this is disclosed in the reservation) We flew in from Houston and had a van take us to the property. With the flight arrival time, and drive time we arrived about an hour before check in. We had to sit on the sidewalk with luggage and my 93 year old mother waiting for the code. Nothing to do with the property, but Uber/lift is slow/difficult. That's another story...

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and supplied more need than we expected. It was a very convenient walk to the Strand and an easy drive to the beach. Contactless Check in was easy. They gave very good directions.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. We will plan to stay there again when we next go to Galveston.

Nice stay in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

The location was great and very quiet. close to midtown Galveston and about a mile from the beach. AC in the room was awesome and it had a newly renovated bathroom.

Cons:

1-2 cosmetic flaws here and there but nothing to worry much about.
