I like the shower the bath but the timing that I completely disagree so I haven’t even used it at all

Cons:

There was no window in the room. It was carpet on the room. The shower on my room was in that absolutely great water is like quick enough come didn’t make it at all.

açık ve kapalı termal havuzlar temiz, oda ve genel alanlar oldukça temizdi. Temizlik ve düzen restoranlarda bir disiplin haline gelmiş. Personelin ilgisi ve alakası, yönlendirmesi oldukça iyi hissettirdi.

Cons:

Kalabalığı karşılayacak kapasitede havuz bulunmadığı için bir süre beklemek gerekiyor. Yemek kalitesi daha önceki konaklamalarıma göre düşmüş diyebilirim. 10 üzerinden puanlamak gerekirse 10 dan 7,5-8 e düşmüş denebilir. Otelin teknik ve mekanik revizyonlara ihtiyacı var. Bazı yerler paslanmış, odada prizlerde açılmalar var. Kulak çubuğu, diş macunu gibi materyaller yok, Isıtma çok iyi çalışmasına rağmen, kapatılamadı. Uyuyabilmek için klima açmak zorunda kaldık.

O dată în viață se merită.
Pros:

Frumos, curat , mâncarea ok, băieții de la recepție de nota 10,parcarea asigurată.Fiind extra sezon era printre putinele hoteluri deschise, în rest cam pustiu.

Cons:

Pernele f. tari. Cafeaua La piscina ( cea exterioară de la etaj)apa era fierbinte, nu aș ști ce temperatura avea deoarece nu era specificat nicăieri dar mai mult de 2 minute nu rezistai. În schimb ne-au certat angajații de la barul de lângă piscină ( pe limba lor deoarece nu vorbeau nici o limbă străină) ca nu aveam casca pe cap pentru a putea intra în piscină.

Our stay was enjoyable
Pros:

The staff are wonderful and always smiling. I'm surprised by those who say the hotel doesn't deserve four stars; quite the opposite, in fact. The hotel has everything you need, and you don't need any services outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Hot water is available in the rooms, and there's also a free spa for women only on the lower level (-3). It has a hot tub, sauna, and for those who want a Turkish bath and massages, there's an additional fee. There's also a sauna for men and women (I wish it were for men only). There's also a heated swimming pool for men and women on the rooftop. I really liked the place. Dinner and breakfast are excellent, and I'm surprised by those who write that the breakfast and dinner are limited and lack variety. What more could they want? I'm happy to have stayed here and will definitely stay again. I just wish they would lower the price. Thank you 🥰😍❤️all

Вкусный завтрак в отеле, теплый бассейн на крыше , уютные номера . Остановка маршрутки до Ялова рядом с отелем .

Cons:

Поселили с ребенком прямо надо кафе, где постоянно курили и весь запах был в номере. Сильная слышимость в номерах.

المياه الكبريتية وحمامات جيدة ونظيفة ودافئة ، الافطار الحمد لله جيد ولكن ليس كافطار فنادق اسطنبول الفخمة ، ونفس الكلاع عن العشاء ، تعامل الموظفين كان جيدا خصوصا من الخ aras في الاستقبال ، خدمة الشاي المجانية في الاستقبال كانت جميلة جدا ، ، زيارتي كانت في وقت ليس موسم ولا اجازة ومع ذلك كان الفندق شبه مزدحم ، قد يكون وقت الاجازات والمواسم لا يحتمل
