Hôtel avec de belles chambres cosy que je recommanderais pour un séjour en hiver
Pros:

Belle chambre assez spacieuse et cosy. Le personnel de cuisine est épatant de gentillesse et de spontanéité.

Cons:

Les patrons de l’hôtel ne sont pas très sympathiques et polis ( pas de bonjour le matin par exemple alors qu’ils passent devant vous)

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Zwischenstopp in dem Hotel und kann mich über nichts beklagen. Man war sehr bemüht mich zufrieden zu stellen.

Mein Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Aus der Dusche kam ausreichend warmes Wasser. Das Bett war bequem und keine Hängematte, wie man sie oft vorfindet.

Obwohl das Hotel fast leer war, soweit ich das beurteilen kann (außer mir noch ein Paar), war alles was mir wichtig war in Betrieb: Restaurant und Bar.

Für mein Motorrad wurde ein sehr guter, sicherer Stellplatz gefunden. Auch hier also nichts zu meckern.

Das Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch zubereitet, weil sich Buffet nicht gelohnt hätte. Es war mehr als reichlich und sehr gut.

Ja, an dem Hotel wurde auch jetzt gebaut. Aber es war keine Hauptsaison. Es hat nicht gestört und so ein Hotel muss gepflegt werden. Also auch hier alles in Ordnung.

Auch bei meiner Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Jemanden zu finden war aber nicht schwer.

Phenomenal service, location etc etc
Pros:

Staying at Chamois was a delightful experience. Oliver a committed hands on owner made every effort to ensure we were comfortable.

Cons:

You can’t not like the property it has everything. Gyms well fitted saunas spa etc. Not to mention great food and service.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also good. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.
We couldn't see the great view because we were there during the off-season, but I think the view is amazing.

Cons:

I would prefer to have more clean bathroom.
It's not like somebody use it before us, it was more the materials like the soap dispenser or tiles were old/not nice quality.

Emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Séjour assez décevant dans cet hôtel. Au vu du prix pratiqué, le standing reste clairement à revoir.

L’établissement donne l’impression de ne pas être totalement terminé : la chambre, en particulier, n’était pas finalisée. On pouvait voir des trous dans les murs, et des travaux restants dans la salle de bain, ce qui donne une impression de négligence et de manque de professionnalisme.

De plus, le chauffage était poussé à outrance, rendant l’atmosphère étouffante et inconfortable, sans possibilité de réellement réguler la température.

Autre point négatif : le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui est pourtant un équipement de base attendu dans ce type d’établissement.

Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience ne correspond pas du tout au tarif demandé. Il serait nécessaire de terminer les travaux et de vérifier les équipements avant de proposer les chambres à la location.

Not worth for the money
Pros:

The Property is newly renowated but unfortunatelly is not finished yet

Cons:

First when we arrived we were not sure where the main entrance is. It is a quite dark and you need to climb stairs to get inside and no possibility for a stroller or for a people with dissability to enter. Then the other surprise came that the Spa was not included in the price which was the most expensive from all the hotels in Mavrovo. Even though that we agreed to pay and also to reserve the spa 1 hour before, when we went into it it was cold and out of function. They told us to wait one hour more and then called us to explain that they will need one hour more to repair it. So it was already late for spa. Other thing which was very discusting was the face towel even though it was set up as clean there was a brown stain on it. The breakfast was included in the price but the choice was very poor consisted from eggs only ( scrabmled eggs, omelette, fried bread slices and that was it). Since I was fasting they served me fruit salat only and the second day bread with marmalade and honey. The Restaurant is pricey and they dont have a lot of choice on the menu. They did not have pizza eventhough there is a big pizza oven. Most of the staff does not know macedonian or english.
