את הצוות האדיב והמסביר שנתן רעיונות היכן לטייל . את ארוחת הבוקר ואת ארוחות השף במסעדת המלון . שף מדופלם מכין אותם . המקום הכי טעים שאכלתי בשבוע שאני במקדוניה .

Krásny hotel na úrovni v srdi Mavrova… Izby krásne čisté a personál veľmi milí vrátane Pána majitela. Veľmi nám pomohol nakoľko som zle urobil rezerváciu ale všetko vyriešil k našéj spokojnosti, taktiež dal tipy na cestu naozaj velké Ďakujem🙏😊

Lovely summer getaway
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with peaceful surroundings that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hosts were nice, attentative and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel could improve accessibility for families with strollers, as entrance with a stroller was not quite easy. The room amenities were somewhat limited and would benefit from additional toiletries, as well as the inclusion of bathrobes and slippers to make the stay more comfortable and complete.

Potential is high but currently lacking
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and location was good and dinner also great.

Cons:

We were the only one, so fitness and spa were closed and breakfast was limited. That's OK however, we were not aware of that and we chose the hotel also for these facilities. Also all doors were closed after 10pm until 8am without notifying emergency exits. Kids area was dirty and a bit broke, same as some other small parts in and around the hotel. Potential of hotel is high however we did not had the experience we wanted, hence we left early.

Nadstandardní služby za skvělou cenu
Pros:

Úžasný luxusní hotel s velmi milou a vynikající obsluhou. I přesto ze jsme zde byli mimo sezónu dostalo se nám skvělých služeb včetně servirovane lokální snídaně

Cons:

Jedine snad ze mimo sezónu nefunguje wellness ale to se dá oželet vzhledem ke kvalitě nabízených služeb

Sehr gutes Ski Hotel, im Sommer und in der Nebensaison ein bisschen einsam

Sehr schickes Hotel, tolle Einrichtung, gute Lage am Ende des Tals. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider war das Spabereich für uns nicht zugänglich, der Pool hatte kein Wasser. Es war allerdings auch noch Vorsaison. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste im riesigen Hotel, was auch ein bisschen spooky war.

Hôtel avec de belles chambres cosy que je recommanderais pour un séjour en hiver
Pros:

Belle chambre assez spacieuse et cosy. Le personnel de cuisine est épatant de gentillesse et de spontanéité.

Cons:

Les patrons de l’hôtel ne sont pas très sympathiques et polis ( pas de bonjour le matin par exemple alors qu’ils passent devant vous)

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Zwischenstopp in dem Hotel und kann mich über nichts beklagen. Man war sehr bemüht mich zufrieden zu stellen.

Mein Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Aus der Dusche kam ausreichend warmes Wasser. Das Bett war bequem und keine Hängematte, wie man sie oft vorfindet.

Obwohl das Hotel fast leer war, soweit ich das beurteilen kann (außer mir noch ein Paar), war alles was mir wichtig war in Betrieb: Restaurant und Bar.

Für mein Motorrad wurde ein sehr guter, sicherer Stellplatz gefunden. Auch hier also nichts zu meckern.

Das Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch zubereitet, weil sich Buffet nicht gelohnt hätte. Es war mehr als reichlich und sehr gut.

Ja, an dem Hotel wurde auch jetzt gebaut. Aber es war keine Hauptsaison. Es hat nicht gestört und so ein Hotel muss gepflegt werden. Also auch hier alles in Ordnung.

Auch bei meiner Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Jemanden zu finden war aber nicht schwer.
