Not worth for the money
Pros:

The Property is newly renowated but unfortunatelly is not finished yet

Cons:

First when we arrived we were not sure where the main entrance is. It is a quite dark and you need to climb stairs to get inside and no possibility for a stroller or for a people with dissability to enter. Then the other surprise came that the Spa was not included in the price which was the most expensive from all the hotels in Mavrovo. Even though that we agreed to pay and also to reserve the spa 1 hour before, when we went into it it was cold and out of function. They told us to wait one hour more and then called us to explain that they will need one hour more to repair it. So it was already late for spa. Other thing which was very discusting was the face towel even though it was set up as clean there was a brown stain on it. The breakfast was included in the price but the choice was very poor consisted from eggs only ( scrabmled eggs, omelette, fried bread slices and that was it). Since I was fasting they served me fruit salat only and the second day bread with marmalade and honey. The Restaurant is pricey and they dont have a lot of choice on the menu. They did not have pizza eventhough there is a big pizza oven. Most of the staff does not know macedonian or english.

Pros:

Great location and nice view from the room. Very nice interior. I loved the restaurant menu, although they should work on the breakfast choise.

Cons:

First of all when we arrived we’ve been told that the spa is not included in the price and when we complained about it, because it was not mentioned on Booking, the man told us that he is going to allow us to use it. The hygene in the spa was very poor. Also the spa wornikg hours and not guite right…we have been told that it work from 5pm till 9pm, but when we got there in 6:30 the warm beds and the steam room were pretty cold and the infrared sauna was closed.
The hotel has a great potential, but there are still issues that need to be solved.

Relaxing Spa Hotel with excellent food
Pros:

Very nice new hotel just 5min walk away from the skilift in Mavrovo. The spa is not huge but has most amenities, rooms modern and clean with comfy beds. Staff was really nice and the food at the restaurant is excellent!

Cons:

Some renovations still need to be finished but overall great hotel!

Would gladly stay again!
Pros:

The hotel is brand new, modernly furnished and fully equipped. The restaurant had some very good and interesting plates that we enjoyed. There was also a billiard pool table that we used and the gym was accessible 24/7 free of charge! The staff is very understanding and made sure we felt right at home. Convenient location also, 4-5 min walk to the ski office ticket.

Pros:

Owner Oliver is very communicative person. His Staff at Front Desk Victoria with bride smile is doing her job. Damian and Colleagues at Restaurant accurately delivered all orders.Overall very Friendly and Helofull Staff. Really enjoyed the Winter Vacation stay with my Son there. Just keep on going 👏👏

Great stay
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, great facilities, lovely decor, very good location, beautifully cooked food, very helpful staff, no smoking in open dining area.

Cons:

Lack of vegetarian choice on menu, entrance stairs need finishing off.
