Pros:

The gym was great, very well equipped and spacious.
Also the personnel were very kind

Cons:

In the description it is written that there is air conditioning in the rooms but there is not! Apparently no AC in the whole hotel. The staff was nice to move us to the room on the other side, but it was still really hot during the night. I don't recommend staying in the summer if you like sleepin the cold.

Im Prinzip als 4 Sterne Superior angelegt, wird dem aber nur teilweise gerecht. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, innenarchtektonisch top, aber diverse Verarbeitungsmängel im Detail.
Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und kompetenter Hotelmanager, aber schlecht ausgebildetes Personal ohne Fremdsprachenkompetenz.
Gutes Restaurant mit annehmbarer Bar und Terrasse.
Das Problem mit der Nichterreichbarkeit im Sommer ist durch eine Hilfskraft an der Reception gelöst.

Cons:

Der an sich tolle Eindruck wird durch teilweise nicht fertig gestellte Hotelteile stark geschmälert.
Es sieht ein wenig danach aus, dass dem Investor die finanziellen Mittel ausgegangen sind.

את הצוות האדיב והמסביר שנתן רעיונות היכן לטייל . את ארוחת הבוקר ואת ארוחות השף במסעדת המלון . שף מדופלם מכין אותם . המקום הכי טעים שאכלתי בשבוע שאני במקדוניה .

Krásny hotel na úrovni v srdi Mavrova… Izby krásne čisté a personál veľmi milí vrátane Pána majitela. Veľmi nám pomohol nakoľko som zle urobil rezerváciu ale všetko vyriešil k našéj spokojnosti, taktiež dal tipy na cestu naozaj velké Ďakujem🙏😊
