Face value and friendly staff!
Pros:

The location is great without walking distance to anywhere you really need to be in SaPa for tourism. The staff were amazing; I arrived super ill from the trip and they were amazing trying to accommodate me for an earlier check in. Very friendly and helped me get a taxi at the end of my stay to go get my coach back to Hanoi.

Cons:

I had a pleasant stay, however I would have give a higher score if the cleaning was a bit more thorough.

Pour les très courts séjours
Pros:

L'emplacement est proche du centre et au marché

Cons:

1)-Très bruyant de la part des hébergés qui ne respectent pas la consigne de ne pas faire du bruits à partir de 22h - 2 nuits avec 2 groupes de personnes différentes -chambre non isolée acoustiquement
2)-pas très confortable sans le tapis de sol ou serviette par terre devant le lavabo lorsqu'on est pieds nus.

Great hotel and good value
Pros:

The hostel is very close to the city center and just a few minutes from the lake. Very good value for the price, and everything was great: comfortable bed, good shower, heater and air conditioning. Mesut is a friendly guy who speaks very good English and helps with everything you need. I rented a scooter and it was perfect.

Everything was perfect.

The room was great! But most of all the owners are amazing. So kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay so much i stayed more than i had planned.
