Staff were lovely and the resort facilities would have been amazing. Resort was right on the beach.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property had just flooded due to the wet season so the rooms smelled musty and the pools and outdoor areas had been badly affected.
The bed was very hard but the pillows were good.

The staff took 6 hours to get my luggage to my room and through no fault of thiers it was flooded and no hot water so I left

Man ließ uns nicht draußen rauchen, sondern drinnen neben einem Kinderspielplatz. Die Anlage is komplett runter gekommen. Die Fotos passen gar nicht. Sie wollten uns vom Preis entgegenkommen aber haben uns leider nur vorgetäuscht.

A very nice Balineese style hotel.
Pros:

The resort is fabulous. It has 1 large pool and another smaller both facing the beach. It has 2 restaurants and multiple places to relax whilst outdoors. Staff were very tentative and friendly. This resort is a gem we will be back.
