Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

First, they didn't take our bags to the rooms. Second, the air conditioner was dripping water; they did nothing about it and didn't offer us another room—instead, they just gave us a partial refund and the hotel need refinishing and rearranging

Pray to God that they understand n improve n be honest in their dealings
Pros:

Room was great but vegetarian breakfast was mixed with non veg food so strict vegetarian ppl will never eat anything n toasters was may be so old that we can’t feel like toast the bread n I think the biggest problem in Vietnam still exists that even after you try to explain the management n staff they don’t bother and also don’t wish or want to improve in their service n it’s bad for the country

Cons:

Except good room even the travel agent cheated with 25/- USD EXTRA FOR A day TRIP TO CAT BA which was just 50/- usd with all agencies n he charged 75/- $ so over all I can say cheating customers is very normal so one must not put trust n must check booking anything

Not a 4 star hotel as suggested! More like 2-3 star. Most staff not helpful
Pros:

Thought booking a 4 star hotel for the price would be great...but no.

Cons:

Before arrival received message to say my booking had been cancelled due to electrical issues and told to book their sister hotel instead! Which i ignored as I was only 5 minutes away from the hotel!
