Room size, Very comfortable & clean rooms on arrival.

Cons:

Breakfast service & food quality. stayed for 2 nights however the room wasn't cleaned on 2nd day.
Breakfast service is not upto mark & they charge for water bottles as well. No complementary service.

Cons:

Staff asked for tips—very rude behaviour. They kept knocking on my door repeatedly throughout the day, which was extremely disruptive. I’m rating this stay 1/10 to bring the issue to management’s attention. Additionally, they did not accept international cards for payment. The staff need basic etiquette and proper training.

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

First of all try to educate your staff how to behave with the customers since you are into service industry.
Secondly your Staff at reception has handedover the key for checkin and while I am doing so already there are people in it and once again I went to reception and conveyed the same and given another room key.
Thirdly try to educate the staff how to be decent with customer.Without us(Customer) you cannot run your business.

Price worthy Veteran hotel
Pros:

The bathtub. The Staff. The meals in the lunch. The breakfast.

Cons:

The check in is at 12pm. I have reached the place at 12pm and waited till 2pm for check in. That 2 hours was hell. The staff gave me complimentary breakfast for the wait.
