staff is very arrogant about the property . He did cancel our stay and blocked our number on purpose!!

Cons:

The location is the major drawback of this hotel. You cannot book cabs here which can pick/drop right in front of the hotel, you need to walk for some distance since this hotel is located in a busiest market area. They hotel management says OLA cabs are reachable but in reality the cab drivers don't even accept the cab/auto-rickshaw ride as it'll be difficult to reach this hotel.

Cons:

The only concern we had was the shower head which was dirty and which we did not use.
This has to be cleaned.

Cons:

We booked but they didn't gave us room saying that we don't give rooms at the prices shown over booking. Com site. We were very disappointed as it was late night and they were not cooperative. Denied our booking and behaviour of staff was also not good
