Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber

Cons:

Das inklusive Frühstück bestand aus Instant Nudeln oder trokenem Reiß. Wenn man was anderes essen möchte muss man 300.000 pro person extra zahlen. Es kann keiner Englisch, Kommunikation schlecht. Obwohl Gym,Pools und Sauna inklusive waren musste man sich drum kümmern das die keycard funktioniert und alle wollten nur das man extra zahlt. Das Restaurant hatte beim ersten Besuch keine Getränke und nur sehr wenig Auswahl. Durch die Platzierung der Häuser konnte man nicht im pool liegen ohne weggeblasen zu werden. In den anderen essensläden wird verschimmeltes essen verkauft. Vom hotel gibt es keine Möglichkeit irgendwelche Touren zu buchen. Interne Aktivitäten finden nicht statt, wie die Drohnen Show oder eine Pop up Bar. Das inklusive Frühstück geht nur bis 9 Uhr. Wenn die Mitarbeiter etwas nicht verstehen sagen sie einfach nein haben wir nicht.

Pros:

Проживали в двух номерах, убирали в номере ежедневно. Отель находится в далеке от Муйне, питаться можно в кафешках при апартаментах. До моря можно пройти по серии экскалаторов, поэтому хоть и высоко, но удобно. Территория комплекса ухоженная, но вокруг ничего нет. На территории комплекса постоянно ветер, особенно в нижней части зданий, может это от того, что были мы в декабре. Бассейн маленький, но мест хватало. Думаю при полной загрузке комплекса покупаться и полежать там будет проблема. Есть ещё бассей с небольшими горками, но у нас он в стоимость номеров не входил, но можно было докупить за 176000 донгов в сутки с номера. В этом бассейне всегда была тень от расположения между зданиями.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, fully equipped, and spacious with a great view of the ocean! The pools are really nice for lounging. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It's located next to many restaurants and convenience stores which was a plus. There's a golf cart that takes you up and down to the entrance of the hotel which was accommodating because the walk if pretty far.

Cons:

The communications at the front desk was a little bit frustrating. We entered the building and were told to go to the next building to check in.. after talking to (2) staffs they pointed to the building across from where we entered. We finally got into our rooms after 30 minutes. Then, we were told to only communicate thru this app/forum they provided. The following day, we were routed to 2 different buildings just to check out. It was a bit unorganized.

There should be a designated building to check in or check out. Or at least, put it on the itinerary of which building is assigned when the rooms are booked. It got really confusing.
