Génial ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !
Pros:

Les personnes qui accueillent sont très gentilles, attentionnées et serviables. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous sommes arrivées un jour plus tôt et ils nous ont surclassés dans un bungalow. Très joli et confortable mais un peu chaud.
Les chambres à l’intérieur sont très bien !
Le jardin est magnifique avec la piscine et le bassin et ses nénuphars. À l’écart de la ville mais ça permet de trouver la tranquillité le soir. Nous avons loué un scooter avec la guesthouse et c’était parfait !
C’est beau, et il y a une bonne énergie. On as envie de les serrer dans nos bras en partant !

Cons:

Le seul point noir est le petit déjeuner. Personnellement je n’ai rien aimé. Ni même les toasts. Pain sucré et margarine. Nous avons toujours mangé à l’extérieur même les cafés. Par contre prendre un verre en terrasse au bord de la piscine c’est le rêve !

Superbe hôtel pour visiter TamCoc et les alentours
Pros:

La chambre était très bien et propre ! L’hôtel est dans un endroit calme et apaisant ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon et +++++ pour le personnel

Cons:

Petit déjeuner nul et surtout le moyen de transport de l’hôtel est un scooters pas facile avec valises et loin de l’arrêt de bus

La simplicité et le retrait tout en étant pas très loin de tout!!
Ça reste un très beau lieu avec un beau paysage 😍
Location de scooters sur place à bon prix...

Cons:

La chambre était humide (peut-être à cause du temps)
Et le matin, TROP de bavardages pour pouvoir dormir un peu lol

Cute bungalows, close to main road
Pros:

Wonderful staff and hosts, cute bungalows, comfy beds and good showers. Garden and poolside were pretty. Nice views of rice fields on 3 sides. But be aware that it is close to a very busy road so road noise is constant.

Cons:

Could be cleaner. Constant road noise.

Noisiest place we’ve stayed during our 1 month of travelling
Pros:

One of the staff members was really kind and he helped us create an itinerary for our stay.

Cons:

The quiet hours are not respected or enforced at all. Some of the residents came in shouting and screaming for over an hour at 1am and left their door wide open while blow drying hair etc until I had to go and ask them to be quiet after which there was music played in the restaurant and staff shouting across the courtyard at each other from 8am the following morning. The quiet hours are listed as 9pm-10am and I got woken up multiple times during those hours every single day of my stay. There was also a wedding across the way with music playing for 14 hours one of the days we were there. Our bathroom door handle was also completely broken off. Because of this the hole in the bathroom wall from the fan made there be lots of mosquitoes in the room and got bitten all over.

We also did laundry here and was going to say it’s very convenient and affordable but then I got my clothes back and 3 of my socks no longer had a pair and half of my clothes came back wet when the service was supposed to be wash and dry.

Pros:

The property was beautiful surrounded by paddy fields and the rooms were lovey. They had push bikes and mopeds for hire to explore Ninh Binh. I had an accident and came off a moped during our stay and the staff were extraordinary. They patched me up and provided me with everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff are lovely and super helpful and the rooms are great.
