Pros:

The staff were very lovely and accomodating. They have helped me booked my activities and shuttle. Kuya Joseph had been so helpful during my stay. Few issues in the room but he managed to fix it straight away. I've also. met the owner and her family, they were so nice we end up having a chat for good 30 minutes recommending on what to do around the Philippines. Would definately comeback again
