There are many pillows.
The receptionist should at least know English. Very bad communication. I was told I could pay by card while contacting in the app but when I arrived I cannot.
The price and location
Not very clean floor, hair an cockroach
Good location to access to Dalat Night Market and attractions around the market.
The room my family stayed in was not very good, probably due to this being the peak tourist season in Da Lat. Specifically: the room was not new (as shown in the photos on Booking); there was a musty smell; the air in the room was not well-ventilated; amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, and refrigerator were available but not working.
My family booked and paid for 2 nights (July 5-7, 2024) but only stayed for 1 night and checked out because we felt uncomfortable.
After we left, the hotel showed goodwill by apologizing and refunding us for the remaining night’s stay. I appreciate and feel more respected because at least in the end, they showed goodwill in apologizing to my family.
I hope the hotel will not repeat this inconvenience with other guests. Thank you for listening to and taking my feedback into consideration.
