Great room at great price but would be even better with a couple of changes
Pros:

I found Din to be very helpful answering my questions about checking in and out of the property
They were also generous in offering complimentary cookies, milk and chocolate
The room was spacious and equipped as described.
The bed was also spacious and comfy.

Cons:

The fridge was ridiculously noisy and disturbed my sleep
I would also suggest that the bathroom sink is less than ideal for washing plates etc

Pros:

Nice room, excellent shower. Easy to park nearby on the roads.

Cons:

Can hear the traffic on the road (unsurprising given the location) but not busy overnight.

Pros:

Дуже сподобалось, що в кімнаті була свою туалетна кімната. Зручне ліжко. Телевізор. В будинку живуть лише гості, без господаря.
Залишалась на тиждень - дуже сподобалось. Також лишили печеня і шоколадку.

Cons:

Немає кухонного приладдя (банально миючого засобу для посуду) , а також весь посуд доводилось мити у вмивальнику.

Pros:

this place is just brilliant. For someone who travels for work it's an oasis of things done well and properly. The shower is brilliant. The bed is comfortable. the room is very clean and well laid out. There are just nice and thoughtful touches that show welcome and understanding. I would always come back here.

nope. nothing. Just an amazing place.

fantastic lovely relaxing and well thought through space to stay.
Pros:

absolutely amazing room. Thoughtfully put together with small fridge and microwave, stylishly put togerther as looked great and everything was clean and brilliant. Shower was amazing...so nice to go somewhere where things have been thought about for what people need.

Cons:

Parking. It's street parking so a bit on a whim of where others on the street park. Are several streets nearby to park in, but only managed outside the property once in a week. Can't blame the owners, they are just great. But worth knowing to wheel a case across a road or anything.

Great little room in Sheffield.
Pros:

Room was fab. Very clean, great TV, lovely little treats. Microwave and fridge there too. Bed was very comfy.

Plenty of parking locally and trams are less than 10 mins if you want to get into town

Pros:

Great host. Very kind to allow us early entry. Prompt response to communications. Room lovely and clean. Pint of milk, biscuits and chocolate left in room - nice touch. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Spacious room, fridge with milk in ..biscuits and chocolate left as welcome gift. Plates and cutlery a lovely idea plus shampoo and conditioner plus toothpaste and hand wash all a lovely touch
