Pros:

Location vas good. Near metro station.We had three bedrooms., and two bathrooms .

Cons:

I didn't like that apartment was on third floor and a elevator vas the problem.

Agréable séjour à Barcelone
Pros:

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, moderne et plutôt bien équipé. Il est bien situé géographiquement : Tous les ingrédients pour passer un bon séjour en famille à Barcelone.

Зручне місцерозташування, поруч метро орієнтовно 300м, поруч площа Іспанії. Інструкції при заселення і виселенні зрозумілі, чіткі. Безключовий доступ, по коду, що дуже зручно. Були компліменти від помешкання у вигляді чаю, кави, цукор, оцет, олія, сіль. Також була капсула для пральної машини, дуже зручно, що після дороги можна випрати речі. Фото помешкання відповідає дійсності.

Bon séjour au vu du rapport qualité/prix (tarif préférenciel "début d'année")
Pros:

Emplacement trés bien : proche de la Gare Sants et du métro Tarragona sur la ligne 3, qui permet d'aller facilement partout. Réactivité de l'équipe pour gérer des petits problèmes (ampoule grillée)

Cons:

Il y a une grande entrée qui ne sert à rien où pourrait être installé un rangement pour les manteaux et chaussures, surtout en hiver et quand il pleut.

Boa localização e espaço grande!
Pros:

Localização boa, próxima da estação de trens Barcelona Santa, do metrô e de várias atrações turísticas, trajetos podem ser feitos a pé. Apartamento grande. Oferecem um bom kit de amenidades. Sistema de acesso totalmente eletrônico.

Cons:

Sistema de aquecimento de água - Boiler - capacidade de aquecimento para pequena quantidade de água, prejudica o fluxo de banhos quentes para grupos maiores.

Rahat güvenli huzurlu
Pros:

Konumu çok iyi. Ulaşım hattının göbeğinde. Apartmana ve eve giriş şifreli. İlk başta zor sandık ama uygulamadan kapıyı açıp kapatıyorsunuz mükemmel düşünülmüş. İşletme sahibi ile heran her sorunu çözebilirsiniz. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olacak herşey var. İlk gece diğer daireden gece 3 te uykudan uyandıracak kadar ses yaptılar işletme sahibi ertesi gün onları çıkardı. Rahatınız için herşeyi düşünen bir işletmeci. Yine gitsem yine kalırım.

Cons:

Apartman içinde ki koku. Barselona’nın genelinde var sanırım. Ama evin içinde hiç kötü koku yok.

Excelente lugar
Pros:

Llegar y que la recepción en el departamento tuviera cosas de bienvenida. Los detalles realmente si importan y ellos se ocuparon perfectamente. Está muy bien ubicado, con metro, supermercado, plaza y más cerca. Además las instalaciones son muy cómodas.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobami zarządzającymi, instrukcja zameldowania klarowna, wygodne łóżka. Potrzebowaliśmy dodatkowej pościeli - nie było problemu z dostarczeniem. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Zarazerwowałabym to mieszkanie ponownie

Чудове місце для вивчення Барселони
Pros:

Апартаменти нам дуже сподобались. Розташовані в центрі міста, в пішій доступності від площі Іспанії та Арени. Поруч метро, безліч магазинів та закладів харчування. Доступний цілодобовий зв'язок з менеджером. Всі питання вирішувались майже миттєво. Важливо: дуже тепло у квартирі навіть у січні. Дві ванни кімнати - дуже зручно для сім'ї з п'яти осіб. Є пральна машина. Трохи не вистачало кухонних рушників або сушарки для посуду.

Cons:

Не зовсім зручна та зрозуміла система онлайн реєстрації. Я витратила пів дня, щоб зареєструватись. А згодом знову декілька годин, що отримати доступ до електронних ключів. Потрібно щось змінити у програмі, щоб не виникало подібних проблем з реєстрацією мешканців 16-17 років.
