splendida colazione, curata, di prima qualità

Cons:

nulla in particolare.
Avrei gradito poter usufruire di un servizio di biciclette, ma non e' inserito nella loro offerta, potrebbe qyuindi essere un suggerimento

Très agréable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et dans un cadre agréable. L’hôtel est dans la campagne au calme, mais à 5min de la plage à Marina di Modica.
Il a beaucoup de charme.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr Unterschiedlich bezüglich der Freundlichkeit.
Pros:

Anlage sehr gepflegt, sehr schön und auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet mit bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer waren im 1. OG. ohne Lift, ein Kofferservice wäre angebracht.

Cons:

The “wellness area” is an additional charge of €30 p/p for 1 hour. This information is somewhat hidden in the fine print.

For a “wellness spa retreat” it’s surprising that the wellness area isn’t included in the hotel room. We also tried to book a massage but the hotel didn’t have anyone on site and it took ~2 hours from asking about a booking to getting offered some time slots as the hotel had to contact an external masseuse.

There’s no dinner at the restaurant and it closes for lunch at 3pm (2:30 if you are looking for any actually hot food though)

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, ideal um Ruhe zu finden. Die Zimmer sind speziell und stilvoll gestaltet, was den Aufenthalt besonders macht. Das Frühstück war sensationell – reichhaltig, frisch und sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Auch der gepflegte Garten und der schöne Poolbereich laden zum Entspannen ein. Una delle più belle strutture in cui io sia stato, la spa ha un hammam fantastica, camere ampie e accoglienti e ottima colazione

Grande relax
Pros:

Struttura pulita e ordinata, bellissimo giardino, personale gentilissimo ed efficientissimo. Arredato con buon gusto. Prezzi al bar nella norma. Era una vecchia masseria e ci vuole spirito di adattamento. Per chi cerca il relax è il top.

Cons:

La struttura non ha una spiaggia essendo in campagna ma nemmeno una riservata agli ospiti. Mancanza del climatizzatore al bar, gli ospiti mangiano solo fuori, o in veranda 8 tavoli in tutto( bisogna fare i turni) oppure fuori dalla struttura.

Deprimente e malinconico

Solamente la location ma non è così curata

Cons:

Partiamo dal parcheggio che si trova all’esterno del resot ma non è neppure custodito e manco illuminato. Si sono giustificati dicendo che c’era la telecamera, ma l’addetto alla reception mi ha mostrato e non si vedeva nulla anche lui mi diceva che altri clienti si sono lamentati.
Oltre questo la piscina non è curata xche già di prima mattina era sporca di peli e quant’altro e non era nemmeno curata xche ho rovinato due costumi (sono diventati gialli) il centro massaggi una cafonata xché non mi era mai successo che mi fosse fatto il massaggio con i guanti!! La colazione discreta nulla di che è il ristorante miserabile nella scelta e caro come prezzi…. Un piccolo piatto di lattuga con due straccetti di pollo bollito €16 direi eccessivo!La pulizia delle stanze alle 16:30 ancora senza fatta e ho visto che le tovaglie che ci davano x la piscina erano messe ad asciugare nel carrello delle pulizie….. veramente sconcertante!!! Tutto ciò mi ha portato ad andare via un giorno prima rovinando il secondo giorno dí pernottamento. Senza essere in nessun modo rimborsato né da loro e neppure da Booking xche anche loro hanno le sue colpe xche non prevedono la tutela del consumatore in questi casi! Sconsigliano vivamente questo posto.
