Friendly stuff, good location for sightseeing.
Pros:

The staff is nice and helpful. The room was clean and had air conditioning. I asked to leave my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay. It was not a problem. They also offered help with my questions about the city, helped me get an Indian SIM card and helped me carry my luggage to the taxi when I was leaving.

One thing to keep in mind is that taxi drivers will not know exactly where the hotel is and they can’t drop you right at the front doors. You will need to walk a bit.

Excellent Location, very quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location. super restaurants across the road and around the corner. CLose to Colaba and in Fort for great street shopping. Staff was great. Super comfy beds. I had limited mobility, the staff ensured that I had a room on the ground floor. Very quiet! we loved this. We would absolutely go back there again.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small, but pleasant. Our window faced brick wall next door, but we did not mind as we just went to sleep.

Affordable and central stay in Mumbai
Pros:

Flora suites is well located and our hosts were nice and helpful. The room had a/c and was spacious enough, same for the bathroom.

Cons:

The bed linens were clean but still had some dark stains, which took some getting used to. There were door bells on my floor and the alarmingly loud ringing could be heard whenever used, which was often in the mornings.

Great location, but expensive relative to the hotel's low-end feel.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the heritage landmarks of Mumbai. Courteous staff and quick room service. While they don't have their own kitchen, their room service delivers from nearby restaurants, and that works very well.

Cons:

A kettle with tea / coffee in the room isn't too much to ask for. For the price, the location is great, but the general upkeep has a very low end hotel feel to it.

I love the location, Hotel staff was friendly, Bathroom was very clean,
Pros:

Staff's are good, Restroom was great but need to update the room, looks old, old curtains, walls has stain, hangers are not available, dirt under the bed and under the closet, Closet also very small. Final touch is bed sheets. ( sheets has stain feel uncomfortable)
Otherwise hotel was in the right location, both the stations are walking distance. Seashore also walking distance.

Happy to travel again.

Cons:

Mentioned as above, specially Sheets and towels need upgrade, seams old and stains. One more item will be great Water heater and coffee set up in the room will be great
