The hotel is perfectly located (accross the bridge) very closed to the heart of everything, yet incredibly quiet, which makes it the ideal place to relax after a day exploring the city. The staff is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a genuine smile.

Breakfast is excellent and chosen the day before: you can enjoy cao lầu, the traditional local speciality, or fried eggs or an omelette, served with fresh fruit and yoghurt. Everything comes with coffee and a delicious fresh fruit juice, an amazing way to start the day.

The swimming pool is fantastic, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained.

One of the best places we have stayed during our trip highly, highly recommended.

The stay was really so good, very close to the old town, you can go everywhere just walking. The team there is so welcoming. I will come back for sure

Sehr gute Lage, bequeme Betten und leckeres Frühstück. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wie sind zu einer frühen Stadtführung gegangen und konnten früher frühstücken als üblich.

From the point of booking to departure we’ve had fantastic service from Trang the property owner. Great pre arrival communications, fantastic recommendations on things to see, places to eat end even where to hire bicycles during our stay. She’s always contactable via WhatsApp if you have any questions.

Hai Hoi Villa is located on Cam Nam Island directly opposite Old Town Hoi An. The bridge to the old town is just a 5 minute walk away and the promenade on the island is almost on your doorstep. Cam Nam is quieter than the old town but still has a selection of small bars and restaurants.

The hotel benefits from a great location being a couple of minutes from the river bank. The riverbank at this point is west facing so you get some amazing sunsets over the water and lantern boats from the path by the river and the river facing bars and restaurants.

As the for accommodation, it can’t be faulted. We had a large room overlooking the pool (room 304) which had a large kitchenette (but very few utensils as it wasn’t advertised as a self catering apartment), a large lounge with tv, sofa, table and two stools. The massive bedroom had two double beds, a large walk in bathroom and a second sink tucked away in the corner beyond the wardrobes. The beds and furniture were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows for a good nights sleep. Toiletries and dressing gowns were also standard. Hot water was delivered quickly and with great pressure.

The property also benefited from two independent air conditioning units, one in the lounge the other in the bedroom.

Trang has an amazing team providing a small breakfast menu but the food and coffee is delicious and filing. We loved the freshly prepared fruit juices and Vietnamese food they offered and the coffee was strong too.

This small establishment with a big heart is a great place for you to stay when you come to Hoi An.

We loved the owner and staff. It was clean and comfortable. Location to Old Town was excellent but far enough away to experience peace and tranquility.Trang the owner was awesome and extremely helpful. If we come back to Ha Noi we would stay here again.
