Place decent, main receptionist adjust your customer service attitude kindly.
Pros:

The fact that we got a double story duplex room was satisfactory.

Cons:

The rude behavior of the staff in the reception was really disappointing. The staff are supposed to be helpful and nice, but she was rude and give the hint of arrogance.

Pros:

clean, staffs were very helpful and accomodating. not too far from beach.very near to all the Chinese restaurants.

Cons:

no Aircon in the upper floor living room of the suite I stayed. bed was rather soft. kitchen not allowed to do light cooking. no utensils.only glass n stirers provided.
