No geral, estadia bastante positiva sendo certamente um hotel a considerar numa futura visita.
Pros:

Os meus pais gostaram bastante da estadia no NEXT by Savoy.
Destacaram sobretudo o design moderno e com muito bom gosto do hotel, bem como o conforto do quarto, que tinha uma agradável vista mar.
A localização também é excelente, muito conveniente para explorar a cidade.
O pequeno-almoço correspondeu às expectativas e o staff mostrou-se sempre simpático e atencioso.
Também considerei um gesto simpático o facto de não terem cobrado o estacionamento, especialmente tendo em conta que, devido ao cancelamento do voo de ida, os meus pais só fizeram check-in um dia depois da data inicialmente reservada.

A única nota menos positiva foi o facto da atenção especial, previamente solicitada, para celebrar o aniversário de casamento dos meus pais, no momento do Check-in, ter sido esquecida.
Foi necessário entrar novamente em contacto com o hotel para reforçar o pedido.
Contudo, assim que entrei em contacto, o hotel respondeu de imediato de forma atenciosa e disponível, solucionando a situação de forma rápida e eficaz, sem que eles dessem por nada.

Cons:

O meu pai ficou um pouco desiludido por a aplicação do hotel, que supostamente controla algumas comodidades do quarto (estores, cortinas, AC e luzes), não ter funcionado durante a estadia, nem ter sido arranjada uma solução.

Good spacious room but overpriced overall
Pros:

Good hotel with a spacious room looking towards the sea. Cleaning was done very well daily. The location is excellent, close to interesting, well-rated restaurants. Nice rooftop and swimming pool.

Cons:

I am not sure it's great value for money. In this price I would have included breakfast and parking. Also, 22 euros per person for breakfast is unreasonable. We had tasty brunch and amazing coffee in a place nearby for much less. I also tried to call the reception, and they simply didn't pick up the phone.

Fijn verblijf, en mooie locatie om Madeira te verkennen

Mooie locatie met voldoende faciliteiten, mooie kamer met uitzicht als je de Ocean view hebt.
Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel!
Vanaf hier kan je makkelijk het centrum in wandelen

De prijzen voor de drankjes en eten bij rooftop en restaurant staan in geen verhouding, en het aanbod is minimaal om wat te eten. Ga hiervoor lekker de stad in

La chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer

Cons:

Ascenseur du parking n’est jamais arrivé, check-in très froid, salle du petit déjeuner sombre, sans espace extérieur, hôtel assez excentré, café en poudre dans la chambre…. Nous avions fait un autre Savoy Signature bien meilleur à Madère (Calheta) et avons donc été déçus

Hotel für einen Traumurlaub
Pros:

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem Hotel, das seinen Gästen wirklich viel zu bieten hat: eine traumhafte Lage mit direktem Meerzugang, fußläufiger Weg in die Altstadt, moderne Räumlichkeiten, Bar, Restaurant, Fitnesscenter und Pool vor Ort. Check-in und Check-out funktionieren unkompliziert, auf unsere Anliegen wurde sofort reagiert. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Personal ist freundlich und präsent, mit der Sauberkeit in unserer Suite waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir waren das 2.Mal in diesem Hotel und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Wir lieben die Ocean Suite im 9. Stock und genießen die Räumlichkeit mit den Ausblicken auf den Terrassen. Leider ist das Schlafsofa für die 3.Person recht unbequem. Das Internet hat nur in einem Teil des Raums wirklich gut funktioniert.

Tolle Ausstattung (besonders das Gym und Dampfbad) und super Aussicht von der dachterrasse, welche zum sonnenbaden einlädt.

Nettes Personal und vor allem die Reinigungskräfte, welche besonders höflich, top getimed und gute Arbeit leisten.

Cons:

Tipp: bei Ocean View sollte man angeben dass man weiter oben ein Zimmer haben will. Ich denke dass es ab dem 4. richtig lohnenswert ist ;)

Dejligt ophold med mange muligheder for oplevelser, afslapning og god mad.
Pros:

God placering i godt kvarter med gode restauranter og i gåafstand til centrum.
Veldisponeret studio lejlighed med mulighed for at lave lidt frokost.
God, men lille sydvendt altan med havudsigt.
Morgenmad rigtig god.
Venligt personale.

Cons:

Der var en del støj fra ligegyldig musik/musak i alle restaurant/bar-områder, som vi gerne havde været foruden.
