Rooms were nice with fridge and safe

Drinks expensive at roof top bar...

One of the reasons we booked was they advertised a full Irish/English breakfast but it's nothing like that so breakfast was a major let down for us.
I do understand I'm not in Ireland or UK and shouldn't expect to have the same comforts of home when in a foreign country but don't advertise something thats not there.

Shower in our room was varying from hot to cold when using.

The lighting in the bathroom was too dark to shave.

Pros:

Gorgeous balcony views, incredible staff and tasty food.

Cons:

Very loud for a light sleeper! Constant music in lifts, heavy metal furniture pulled around on balconies, djs everywhere and though I thought it was an adults only hotel, rather loud children abound.

It was good .
Pros:

The breakfast was good but the self service coffee machine was not very good .
It is basically to alleviate work for staff at breakfast but we dont like them .Breakfast was good . We are not really breakfast people but we enjoyed the fruit etc .

Cons:

We found that the Christmas Eve & New Years Eve dinner and party nights were enjoyable but there was nothing going in the hotel for Christmas day and New Years day it was actually quite dead .

A bit too expensive for what you get
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Not many service personnel, all became digital . No help with luggage , and we had to pay €36! Per night for our pet service dog .

Great hotel in a brilliant location
Pros:

Great hotel in a really good location. Great views. Fab rooftop bar plus lovely pool by the sea. Staff were great. Rooms very comfortable

Cons:

Put some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels!
