Had an awesome time, staff were super friendly, food was delicious, beds were very comfy, and location was in the heart

Pros:

Everything was perfect.
The Hotel is just one year old, Beautiful, perfectly clean (Western standards), the rooms are very confortable, bed so confortable, and the whole Team is so kind and always ready to help you, always making sure that you're having you Best Time.
The street is very quiet (no dogs as often in Kathmandu).
Another Highlight, the restaurant:
There's a Roof Top Terrasse with an amazing view.
The food is so good, that I didn't care about eating somewhere else (and I've been travelling to Nepal every year since 2004, I ate in a lot of restaurants.)
The included Breakfast Buffet is really Good as well (and I'm very picky about Breakfast Buffet 😅)

So Thank You Debbie Bahini, Babbu, Dinesh (a.k.a J. D), Saurav and all the others I don't know the name yet for this amazing stay. I will be back

The receptionist guy was really nice person, the security guard was really good as well as the manager was nice.

The only thing that disappointed me was I know I left the expensive piece of jewelry and it disappeared from the room😔

Most hospitable staff. Great Location and Superb Rooms.
Pros:

Exceptionally hospitable staff, very caring and courteous, centrally located and yet silent, clean and well appointed rooms, nice view. The rooftop restaurant is superb. Great breakfast. We loved staying in this hotel and will recommend this to all fellow travellers. Great value for money.

Cons:

Difficult to find anything that was not satisfactory.

Will be happy to stay at Shuvatara again when the next time in Kathmandu
Pros:

What really stands out at this hotel is the immense kindness and courtesy of the ENTIRE staff. Literally EVERYONE was super nice and welcoming. The position is excellent and even pretty quiet considering it’s in a touristic center. Breakfast was great and more than sufficient.

Delighted with our stay here, would thoroughly recommend staying here
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shuvatara Suites. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, room was spacious and spotlessly clean, staff were excellent throughout especially the breakfast team, my daughter is a coeliac so required a gluten free breakfast , the staff made her a breakfast that included additional items not on the menu to ensure she was looked after, also made us a packed breakfast to take away the second morning as we had a very early start for the airport, they provided a complimentary drop off to the airport on the morning of our departure as well, cannot say enough good things about this hotel

Cons:

The only small thing would be that the opening times of the jacuzzi/sauna were not displayed so arrived up to use it when it was closed, we probably should have asked at reception when we checked in.
