The property presented a serious safety risk. During normal use, the glass shower door suddenly shattered, causing my friend to sustain multiple cuts to her hands, feet, and body. She was bleeding from several wounds, and our immediate priority became administering first aid and checking for glass fragments embedded in her skin.

Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent a substantial portion of our stay dealing with the aftermath of the incident, seeking medical assistance, waiting while the apartment was made safe, repacking our belongings, and relocating.

The bathroom was unusable until the broken glass had been removed. We were told that temporary access to another apartment would be provided so my friend could shower and remove any remaining glass fragments from her body, but this never happened.

Despite this serious safety incident materially affecting our stay, the agency refused to provide an appropriate refund. Booking.com ultimately offered only a €15 travel credit in addition to the agency's €35 refund, which, in my view, did not reflect the severity of what happened or the impact it had on our stay.

Based on this experience, I would not stay with this property or this management company again.

Le logement éré payé, et la réservation confirmé depuis 24h
A notre arrivé vers 19h30, on n’a pas encore reçu le code pour accéder.
Après une heure de galère, ils nous envoi le code de la porte principale uniquement.
Le code de la chambre nous été envoyé à 23h!!!
Des appels, msg, et tel éteint , et nous dans le couloir, sans aucun souci de nous envoyer quelqu’un pour débloquer la situatuon.
On n’a pas eu de pti dej, malgré que c mentionné, et payé!
Ça a gaché notre séjour à lisbonne.

Great apartment. Clean, cozy, and even more spacious than I expected. The view of the inner courtyard is lovely. Just don’t forget to close the window at night, or the birds will wake you up with their singing. 😊

Pros:

Gostei imenso da decoração do apartamento, e da vista.
A localização é ótima.
A cozinha está muito bem equipada
Estava tudo impecavelmente limpo.
Também nos soube muito bem o vinho e biscoitos de boas vindas.

Cons:

As telas das janelas não escuras escurecem suficientemente o quarto, pelo que acordámos demasiado cedo.
Não havia luz na rua, daí fazer falta iluminação na entrada exterior.
O sofá cama precisa de ser substituído, pois quando nos sentamos começa a inclinar-se, fazendo com que quase escorregássemos para o chão.
O puxador interior da porta de entrada solta-se.
O exagerado processo de check in, pedindo informações totalmente desnecessárias como o sexo, data nascimento...que mais parecia uma "caça" a dados.
