Great apartment! But area around is 4 out of 10
Pros:

Nice flat in newly renovated building. All facilities are there, nothing to complain about

Cons:

Location, though it is super central and probably safe but it doesn’t feel so… Feels slightly uncomfortable and a bit unsafe until you reach the main door of the building

Super miejsce z klimatyzacją, jest ciepło podczas zimniejszych miesięcy, czyste.

Cons:

Lokalizacja, nie zdziwcie się bo w okolicy często jest targ afroportugalczyków, ale ulica jest spokojna, nie sprawiają oni problemów. Byłem na innych ulicach gdzie było pełno patologii i nie chciałbym tam mieszkać dlatego doceniam tą lokalizację.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sauber und super schön!!Wir hatten das Apartment im 4. Stock mit Ausblick über Lissabon. Es war innen wirklich sehr schön! Die Lage ist zentral aber..

Der Ort ist leider hingegen als Frau eine Katastrophe :( dafür können die Anbieter nichts aber das muss wirklich für andere Frauen gesagt werden. Es gibt dort viele Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige und wie schon jemand anderer geschrieben hat denkt man man ist eher in Afrika als in Portugal.. Die Eingangstüre liegt direkt in der Beugung einer Seitengasse und somit hat man von der Hauptstrasse keinen Einblick auf das geschehen in der Gasse…

Pros:

Très bon emplacement.
A proximité de tout, un vrai confort du quotidien pour tout le séjour.
Près du centre, Près du tramway 28, non loin des restaurants.

Cons:

Au rez-de-chaussée, le vis à vis de la chambre avec la rue .
Donc on a fermé régulièrement les volets

Appartamento pulito e molto spazioso. Aveva tutto il necessario incluse stoviglie per la cucina e altre cose accessorie. Graditi i biscotti e vino di benvenuto.

Piccola nota negativa: zona assolutamente centrale, ma poco accogliente con un po' di rumori in strada, ma nulla di eccessivo o fastidioso.
