Pros:

所有東西都超乎想像地好！
地點好，設備好，員工通過Whatsapp直接溝通，細心並迅速為我解決問題。
住宿所每個細節都想得非常週到。
三晚住宿體驗給滿分。

Cons:

唯一可以挑剔的，就是睡房內的wifi較弱，並經常斷線。但在客廳內就很強，不過都是小問題！

A lokáció kiváló, árban is jó a szállás. Kényelmes, minden volt, amire szükség lehet. Az utcában két nagyon jó étterem is van. Kb a szomszédságban. Legközelebb is visszamennék erre a szállásra.

Cons:

Annak ellenére, hogy lakóövezet, és ki volt írva, hogy legyünk csendesek 10 óra után, szombat este a szomszédoktól nem lehetett aludni. Hajnalig beszélgettek a helyiek a szomszédokban és mulattak. Ami javította volna, ha a lakás elrendezése más, és a nappali nem a belső udvarra néz, hanem a háló van ott. De gondolom ennek építészeti okai vannak, és végülis örülök, hogy jól érezték magukat a kedves szomszédok. :)

Cons:

It only lacked if cleaning supplies for the bathroom for example bleach. Some minor scratches in the furniture and on some switches would be better if fixed but nothing crazy. Everything was indeed clean and comfortable

WARNING: Critical Security Concern regarding Management Agency (LovelyStay)
Cons:

​While the physical apartment in Lisbon was pleasant, I must issue a grave warning regarding the management agency, LovelyStay, which operates this and many other properties.

​They use a keypad/code access system that is fundamentally compromised. During our subsequent stay with the same agency in Porto, we were robbed while sleeping. An intruder entered the apartment using a set of the agency's physical keys (master keys), which we, as guests, did not even have in our possession. This proves a catastrophic failure in their key management and guest safety protocols.

​LovelyStay failed to take responsibility for the theft of our documents and valuables, offering only a refund for the booking but zero compensation for the security breach.

​I am posting this here because the same management and insecure access protocols are used for this Lisbon property. I have attached redacted parts of the police report and the agency keys that the intruder left in the door during the Porto incident to prove the reality of this threat. Your safety is at risk when staying with this agency. Proceed with extreme caution.

Fantastic Location
Pros:

Great location with everything we needed for a short city break. There was a lovely welcome gift which made us feel valued. The communication from the company was very clear and instructions for access were also very clear. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Just a short, albeit uphill, stroll from Rossio. A lovely little Pastelaria right on the doorstep which had lovely cakes, pastries and excellent coffee, all reasonably priced. The sandwiches and meal deals looked very appetising.

Cons:

The sofa could have been a little more comfortable for the odd evening we spent in the apartment after being out all day but this is a very minor issue.

Pros:

Nice flat in newly renovated building. All facilities are there, nothing to complain about

Cons:

Location, though it is super central and probably safe but it doesn’t feel so… Feels slightly uncomfortable and a bit unsafe until you reach the main door of the building

Super miejsce z klimatyzacją, jest ciepło podczas zimniejszych miesięcy, czyste.

Lokalizacja, nie zdziwcie się bo w okolicy często jest targ afroportugalczyków, ale ulica jest spokojna, nie sprawiają oni problemów. Byłem na innych ulicach gdzie było pełno patologii i nie chciałbym tam mieszkać dlatego doceniam tą lokalizację.
