Disappointing Stay
Pros:

We have always had good stays here but this trip was disappointing

Cons:

Booked a jacuzzi suite c/w a fireplace, neither of which worked. Fireplace would not turn on, jets would not work in the tub. Tried just having a nice soak but tub would not seal so all you heard was the tub draining. Talked to front desk and told that because we booked through a throw party there was nothing they would or could do. Very disappointed. I book through here for convenience as direct booking in the past has been a hassle but apparently my IHG rewards then do not get applied this way. Again VERY disappointed.

Most expensive hotel on our road trip, but least pleasing.
Pros:

Okay, but real knives and forks for those who are eating in would be much more appealing .

Cons:

A working phone and a working cooling system in the room so that the temp could be lowered to a comfortable level.
No pen or notepad in the room. no laundry bag in the room. Having to go downstairs to get each of these items and address the heating problem was an inconvenience. Room layout not great-two chairs, no table. Staff told us a phone is not an essential!
