Staff, how clean the hotel, and room was.

Cons:

One of the elevator's was down. which caused us to wait. over all my experience was good. All my stays at this Hotel have been good.

It was close to the Park

Cons:

The room had not been PROPERTY CLEANED in the past. There were layers of dust behind the.night stand wherbuye I had to lay my head on a pillow. Then, a small roach climbs onto the nightstand. We killed the roach. We were too exhausted to move to another room. We slept with our head to the foot of the bed. In the morning, I spoke with the front desk, and they had the room properly cleaned. I think if the room is properly cleaned and the sofa fabric changed, it would look better. Right now, the room is not appealing. Looks old need a makeover.

Best hotel for location to port
Pros:

We choose to stay here to be close to our cruise port. This hotel offered 2 beds and a pull out. Very roomy with microwave and lots of lighting. Bathroom separated from bathroom sink. Very convenient great choice

Uncomfortable.
Pros:

Nothing! I had to sleep on a couch in my colleagues room as my reservation was cancelled on booking.com due to communication issues. This was a business trip and very uncomfortable.

Cons:

Old outdated, conditioner was empty, soap hard to pump out, ice machine out of service
