Surprisingly really really good
It actually exceeded my expectations
Liked the location, right in the heart of the action and easy to move around from there. The general shared space were good, specifically the living room/kitchen area.
It took entirely too long for me to check in. The owner/management communicates through booking.com which most people wouldnt check after completing payments. There was an extensive list of requests that they wanted, i was also traveling as most people do when they book a place to stay so it was extremely frustating to get to the address on a very busy street and have the manager take their sweet time getting back to me, they do not provide checkin instructions via their site or bookings.com, they send it to you via message after you've complete a set off things. Also the shower needs to be fixed, the faucet is broken and will sometimes just come out as piping hot water. The shower is a shared space so this is a big issue. Also the actual room you're staying in is extremely small is size and a very small bed that is not comfortable at all

Douche was veel te heet en dus niet te gebruiken. En vage incheck met een foto van je paspoort en verschillende telefoonnummers.
Kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack und damit überflüssige Kosten. Zugang und äussere Optik der Location liess Zweifel aufkommen, in welchem "Loch" man hier gelandet war. Nach den Fotos der Innenräume hatte ich andere Erwartungen. Diese entsprachen dann jedoch der Wahrheit, abgesehen vom täuschenden Weitwinkel der Aufnahmen, und es war absolut sauber und ruhig.
Ein Türcode, ein weiterer Code für den Schlüsseltresor, nochmal ein Türcode - alles etwas verwirrend. Dass man eine ausführliche und Schritt für Schritt Anleitung per Mail bekommt, ist zwar sehr aufmerksam. Immerhin gab es prompten telefonischen Support, weil die Anweisung trotzdem Lücken hatte.
Misstrauenerweckend war die Aufforderung per Whatsapp am Morgen der Anreise, den persönlichen Ausweis digital zu schicken.
The flat was basically nice and clean and comfortable (except for the lack of heating)
1. The heating was off the whole time I was there, on the two coldest nights of the year;
2. The shower only did scalding hot water and there were no instructions how to adjust it;
3. Communication from the manager was very poor. I send a message asking for the above to be remedied and had no reply;
4. The TV in the lounge had no remote control and the remote for the TV in the bedroom didn't work.
Modern shared bath/kitchen flat in converted old building directly on Brick Lane. Two bedrooms in flat (Double upstairs) and single on entrance floor. Double room was top of the building so quiet which I booked. Somebody did use the single room while I was there but they were very quiet and I did not see them. Modern fully fitted kitchen and living area with washing machine and up to date décor. Reasonably priced room in a excellent location, fairly straightforward self check-in and felt safe (Brick Lane is busy especially on weekends so keep that in mind).
It's okay for a short stay (2 - 3 nights) but probably would would not stay longer term as the facilities are shared with the second bedroom (unless you book both rooms). Bathroom is quite small for a shared flat, mattress too soft for me and curtains in bedroom do not completely cover the whole window so some sunlight gets through. . Only drawers available in bedroom for storage no wardrobe. This is like renting a room/flat rather then staying in a hotel so set your expectations accordingly.
A Combo of bad things.
Dirty place and workers don't care about the place, I asked for the heating 3 times as it was cold and they didn't care, they said they were going to switch it on and they didn't. IMPORTANT, They asked me to share a picture of my ID by WhatsApp which is ILEGAL in the UK, GPSR law is very clear in this regard. I tried to explained but They threatened me with cancelling the reservation when I was in the main door. THEY DONT REPLY ANY ENQUIRE BY MESSAGES in advance. They wait until it's the time to send you a message and rudely ask for your ID. The place was dirty, toilet dirty that I had to go to a restaurant, shower was broken and with cold water. The bed is horrible, you don't want to sleep there for more than a day, mattress is really bad, extremely soft. The couch was dirty. They only have good pictures of the place. It is a combo of things that make the stay a nightmare.
Room was neat and what I expected with a single bed, TV, and storage space. Shared space was pristine. The kitchen had full amenities that were new while the shared living room was well presented and comfortable with a dining table sofa and TV. The bathroom was very clean.
Instructions for entering the apartment were easy to follow, and I felt very secure once inside.
All was good.
Great location and surprisingly quiet being right in the centre of an amazing city street. Also, I felt very safe in the property and had no issues finding all the codes and keys provided by the hosts. The hosts were also very helpful by Watsapp, so thank you. Loved my stay and if I’m back in this part of London, I’ll be staying again.

Comfortable and spacious property, well equipped with all amenities. Fast responsive service from the owner when any issues were faced.
The shower was a bit finicky but the owner helped us figure it out and then it was fine. The room does get hot, but the fan helps quite a bit.
I wasn’t granted access to the property at 3pm and had to wait until 7pm to enter the property.
