Location is right on Brick Lane, so very well connected and there is always someone on the streets in case of solo traveling. The kitchen and livingroom are well equipped.
There were problems, with water, electricity, with my checkout date, slow to respond. Eventually they have been solved but I had to contact custumer service (which I haven´t done until then) since they were taking time to respond/act. This apartment is sort of only for winter months.

Der Manager gab Tips zum Erreichen der Unterkunft.Alles lief über email und whatsapp.
Persönlich habe ich außer einer Putzfrau niemanden gesehen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und leider nicht sehr sauber. Überall Staub in den Ecken.Das Bad wurde mit den Mietern eines weiteren Zimmers geteilt und war in Ordnung. Auch die Gemeinschaftsküche war gut ausgestattet.Es gab Tee und Kaffee.
Es war auch relativ ruhig.
Check in und out ohne Probleme mit Schlüsselbox ind Pin.
Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber. Es gab nur 1 Handtuch für 5 Tage und im Bad nichts außer Toillettenpapier.
Amazing location, nice and clean and good to have a kitchen, nice spacious room. Easy to find property and host is good communication. Would stay again especially for the price!
Very hot in the room we were there when it was 20-23 degrees, they do provide a fan but still warm. There was ice in the freezer which was appreciated. Curtains don’t cover the full window so maybe bring an eye mask

Liked the location, right in the heart of the action and easy to move around from there. The general shared space were good, specifically the living room/kitchen area.
It took entirely too long for me to check in. The owner/management communicates through booking.com which most people wouldnt check after completing payments. There was an extensive list of requests that they wanted, i was also traveling as most people do when they book a place to stay so it was extremely frustating to get to the address on a very busy street and have the manager take their sweet time getting back to me, they do not provide checkin instructions via their site or bookings.com, they send it to you via message after you've complete a set off things. Also the shower needs to be fixed, the faucet is broken and will sometimes just come out as piping hot water. The shower is a shared space so this is a big issue. Also the actual room you're staying in is extremely small is size and a very small bed that is not comfortable at all

Douche was veel te heet en dus niet te gebruiken. En vage incheck met een foto van je paspoort en verschillende telefoonnummers.
Kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack und damit überflüssige Kosten. Zugang und äussere Optik der Location liess Zweifel aufkommen, in welchem "Loch" man hier gelandet war. Nach den Fotos der Innenräume hatte ich andere Erwartungen. Diese entsprachen dann jedoch der Wahrheit, abgesehen vom täuschenden Weitwinkel der Aufnahmen, und es war absolut sauber und ruhig.
Ein Türcode, ein weiterer Code für den Schlüsseltresor, nochmal ein Türcode - alles etwas verwirrend. Dass man eine ausführliche und Schritt für Schritt Anleitung per Mail bekommt, ist zwar sehr aufmerksam. Immerhin gab es prompten telefonischen Support, weil die Anweisung trotzdem Lücken hatte.
Misstrauenerweckend war die Aufforderung per Whatsapp am Morgen der Anreise, den persönlichen Ausweis digital zu schicken.
The flat was basically nice and clean and comfortable (except for the lack of heating)
1. The heating was off the whole time I was there, on the two coldest nights of the year;
2. The shower only did scalding hot water and there were no instructions how to adjust it;
3. Communication from the manager was very poor. I send a message asking for the above to be remedied and had no reply;
4. The TV in the lounge had no remote control and the remote for the TV in the bedroom didn't work.
