Pros:

the staff was polite and good.

Cons:

I was given a room on the 4th floor and was informed that there is no WiFi facility on the 4th floor. The restaurant does not have a ala-carte menu. so either have a buffet or go hungry.

Thoroughly disappointed, felt like a hotel under 1000 per night .
Pros:

The restaurant at the hotel , little Monk, was very good .

Cons:

Service was not good , rooms weren’t clean enough. No room service available from the kitchen/restaurant, you cant even order a snack or even a simple beverage in ur room .
Washroom weren’t clean enough.
No one to receive or help with luggage when we arrived at the hotel .
Fan regulator didn’t work so we either have to run tha fan at full speed or no fan at all.
At this price you expect more .

Worst experience ever had on bookings.
Pros:

Only swiming pool

Cons:

Worst property overpriced, overrated, not value for money, untidy rooms, showers not working, , no intercom available in rooms and what not.
