Khách sạn gần chợ đêm Đà Lạt rất tiện, phòng sạch đẹp anh chị chủ ks rất thân thiện gần gủi, lưu trú ở đây rất yên tâm cho 10 điểm luôn, lần sau sẽ ghé lại nếu có dịp lên Đà Lạt .

Vị trí thuận tiện.

Cons:

Mình đặt phòng Executive Có 2 Giường Cỡ Queen (tầng cao nhất) và phòng King Room (tầng thấp nhất), đặt trước cả 6 tháng, gần đến ngày mình có nhắn báo là mình lấy 2 phòng đó và có tin nhắn phản hồi ok rồi. Đến lúc đến nơi (15:00 ngày mình đặt), a chủ bảo phòng Executive của mình vẫn đang có khách lưu trú, tối hoặc mai mới đổi mình vào phòng đó đc. Lý do là khách đó lưu trú trước đó và muốn gia hạn ngày thuê tiếp. Ủa j kỳ vậy? Là họ thu tiền thêm ngày của khách kia ko qua booking còn mình qua booking nên ko đc nhận phòng của mình phải ko? Rồi phòng mình đặt 2 người ở tầng thấp nhất ( vì mẹ mình đau chân ko treo cao đc) cũng ko có, a ta đề nghị dùng tạm phòng to cùng tầng rồi hôm sau đổi ra. Ủa? Có ai muốn bỏ đồ đạc hành lý ra 1 hôm rồi hôm sau lại thu hành lý đổi phòng ko ạ? Trong khi mình đã đặt phòng rất sớm trước đó 😔. Sau chuyến xe từ Đà Nẵng lên Đà Lạt gần 4 tiếng say xe mới đến nơi cùng hành lý cồng kềnh, mình ko có lựa chọn nào khác là phải chọn 2 phòng ở tầng 3 (để ko phải bỏ hành lý ra rồi đổi phòng vào hôm sau). Nhận phòng xong thì hoảng hơn, nấm mốc khắp phòng, đồ đạc thì cũ kỹ. Chuyến đi coi như mất vui từ lúc nhận phòng luôn 😔 Mọi người nên né chỗ này ra ạ, làm ăn ko uy tín và phòng mốc hỏng cũ lắm ạ.

We booked room advance when arrive inform of hotel ,they said room full and change us to another hotel that horrible not recommence tp choose here ,they never inform or conract us before arrival.

Khách sạn tuyêt vời , nhà tôi lần nào đi du lịch đà lạt vẫn ghé Nà Ní , chủ và quản lý rất thân thiên hổ trợ nhiệt tịnh ,như đặt vé xe và các chổ ăn uống các khu vui chơi nổi tiếng đà lạt vvv , phòng sạch sẻ không có mùi lạ , nói chung chịu , Lần sau sẽ ghé tiếp .

Disappointing
Pros:

I arrived at Na Ni and was told they were full. The manager took me to the nearby Da Lat View hotel.

Cons:

I'd booked a king size bed but the allocated room was very small and run down. The bathroom was dirty with cockroaches. Not a pleasant experience. Fellow travellers need to be aware of these practices
