It was a great location and all of the places I wanted to visit were very close by. Ashley was lovely. There was a problem with the key due to a misunderstanding but she dealt with it and I had a nice stay. If and when I go back to Brighton I would definitely consider staying here again.
I can't think of anything other than the problem with the key.

Over priced noisy and strange smell
It was clean and the bed was ok
No curtains in room. Hall light shone into room all night and daylight in through main window made sleep extremely difficult
No toiletries in shower, which had lovely hot water but is quite small.
No complimentary tea or coffee. I managed to snag the only mug in the kitchen to make myself a hot water to drink.

Worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, noisey and smelly.
Rooms are very outdated, no blinds, locks barely worked on the door, bed was in bad condition, the matress was buggered, there was a musty smell everywhere

Someone bothered me. He knocked on the door and I didn't open it. I was afraid that he would bother me.

Nothing at all. My wife did not even want to take shower there and instead took her bath in our son's hostel
A very horrible room with no wi-fi in the room and no toilet papers in the toilet. Smelling basement facility space. Used tower found in room behind the door after checking-in. One last important thing, the code pin given to us for opening the main door and our room door were the same numbers, meaning anyone who could open the main door accessed to other rooms could also get into your room!

Easy access and parking with minimal interaction
Not particularly clean, staff unhelpful ignored our complaint and minimal room with no bathroom and further from town than stated
