Amazing
Pros:

The hotel was quite comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the nature-based Sapa tours offered by the hotel. I joined one of the tours and it was absolutely amazing – I got to experience breathtaking landscapes I had never seen before. This has truly been the most memorable trip I've ever had

I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Vietnam
Pros:

The hotel is definitely worth a second visit. We got lost on the way there, but the staff proactively reached out to check on us and even helped arrange transportation back to the hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and often asked about our experience with both the room and our trip exploring the area. We were even given a small cake as a kind gesture because our check-in was delayed. This is truly a place worth staying at when visiting Pu Luong.

Decent stay
Pros:

The staff was caring and tried to help even though didn't know english.
The view is amazing, right beneath a rice terrace.

Cons:

There wasn't heat in the A/C, and it got very cold at night.
The shower was complicated for getting hot water.
a bit far from restaurants.
there is no lights in the street, which can be problematic at night.
