Love staying at shadow ridge. Will be back!
Pros:

The villa was super nice and had everything I needed. The resort has multiple pools and they had a lot of activities available for families. Loved having a full kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out every meal.

It was nice but just didn’t like the $30 daily charge for your car. Was a bit much.

The fact they charge you daily for your car to be parked there. I can see if you have multiple cars there charge but one should be included with stay.

Overall, it was great
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The only problem we had is our check-in was at 4 to be at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready until between 4:30 and 4:45 and there was no hand towels in the bathroom

Best Resort hands down
Pros:

We go every summer for the past 10 years and it never disappoints. The pool area is one of the best. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:

I wish that the parking lot were completely covered to keep the sun out during the hot summer months.

Was ok and expensive
Cons:

No room service, Control remote didn't work, pay 30 dollars for parking not even in Vegas, bed very uncomfortable, u can hear the people next door like they were inside our room.

Pros:

The only issue was the smoke alarm would go off randomly multiple times during our stay and getting through front desk was a nightmare to get them to stop it.
