Lovely property with some unfortunate policies.
Pros:

This huge property is quite nice, clean, updated, has some nice amenities, the landscaping is pretty and well maintained.

Cons:

Not happy that a $30 per day charge to park was not revealed until arrival. Staff was basically nonexistent during our stay. The hvac system was loud. There was a printed note in the room asking us to perform housekeeping chores before leaving, including emptying trash, washing dishes and stripping beds… what the heck?

Very good, the room, the fitness center, the Market Place, Bunkers, and most important the people
Pros:

The room had everything that I needed and more. Loved sitting on the balcony with the morning coffee.

Great stay, we’ll be back!
Pros:

The room was nice and clean and in good order. We had a beautiful view of the golf course.

Cons:

There was a lighting transformer on the ground, just outside the front door of the room that was buzzing loudly. However, I could not hear the buzzing from inside the room, so I did not complain about it.

Disappointed. I should have disclosed my disappointment early on.

My wife and I were disappointed with the following: There was a residue as if someone had been smoking in the bathroom and kitchen area, 2) In light of the Staff pitching my wife and I about buying a time share (I was okay with them asking), yet when I learned we had a "handicap" room, and with the smoking odor, I was very uncomfortable with even considering buying a time share. Why? It doesn't come off very well getting a handicap room with a smoking odor and then Marriott wants me to buy into ownership.

My wife and I had an incredibly restorative time and will definitely return
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and a great space for resting. The pool was great and there were no issues even though there was many people at the pool and in the water. I was able to enjoy a round of golf as well and the course was in decent shape.

Cons:

There was really nothing that I did not like. The only request that would've made our stay better is it would be great if there was some discount for golf due to staying at the resort. But overall such a great experience

I did not care for the fact at check in and check out there were no bell hop luggage carts available for our belongings. They were being utilized by the staff.
