everything was above average
Clean, beautiful views
A lot of kids running around
Amazing room with great pools
Restaurant staff was unpleasant. Mixed up drinks orders constantly and never refilled water glasses.
Our room had nice views of the San Jacinto range, room was quiet and comfortable. Food and beverage menu at the Snakebite and Chuckwalla pool bars had variety of food options & drinks. The Snakebite pools were very nice; loved the huge TV there too.
Only one restaurant that was open after 6:00; it was at the main entrance. I realize many guests may use the grills and kitchen/eyes in the rooms, but if you wanted to eat an evening meal on property, the options are quite limited. Suggest buying your groceries ahead of time as the small Marketplace by the check-in is very expensive.
Pool area and pool staff were great. Food at pool was very good.
Walking trail. Available bus to travel around resort.
From check in to check out our 4 night stay was outstanding. Our villa was nicely prepared for us and well-stocked. The resorts pools and activities were a hit for the whole family! We plan on returning soon!
Location and the resort, although did not use pool, restaurant, facilities in general.
Sheets on bed worn down with holes
Aqua aerobics were repetitive and to easy .
They use to have great classes now very boring!
Hope they get some new instructors so you can keep your heart rate up!
Beautiful facility with nice amenities.
You could use a couple more restaurants
the golf course
Room was cramped
This huge property is quite nice, clean, updated, has some nice amenities, the landscaping is pretty and well maintained.
Not happy that a $30 per day charge to park was not revealed until arrival. Staff was basically nonexistent during our stay. The hvac system was loud. There was a printed note in the room asking us to perform housekeeping chores before leaving, including emptying trash, washing dishes and stripping beds… what the heck?
The room had everything that I needed and more. Loved sitting on the balcony with the morning coffee.
A bar of soap in the shower would have been fine
The pool and the area
There was almost no staff to interact with
The unit was great and perfect view
