I really liked this hotel, It was an amazing experience staying there we were very well taken care of
The private onsen experience was exceptional and highly recommended
The concierge went above and beyond to help us find a sushi restaurant that can accommodate our dietary restrictions and she made sure to book it for us and informed well the restaurant before we arrived
Breakfast was amazing as well I didn’t try the Japanese breakfast but the western one was very good

The property was beautiful and the room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were all amazing, friendly and always had impeccable service from everyone we interacted with.
We felt that the hotel could have offered more complementary items/breakfast for the price point. And while the onsen was beautiful, it was overrun with loud young children that altered the experience.
