Gros travail de rénovation à faire dans cet établissement pour être digne d’un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

La piscine et les toboggans, la modernité du mobilier du buffet et de l’accueil et du hall.

Cons:

Chambres très mal insonorisées et sales malgré la demande faite directement aux personnels d’entretien, le ménage est bâclé voir pas fait, j’ai cherché un balai dans les couloirs tellement j’étais désespérée. Établissement vieillot et mets du buffet très décevant d’un 4 étoiles. Odeurs nauséabondes d’égout sur le site piscine et les bains de soleil inconfortables et usés vraiment beaucoup de ponts négatifs.

Pros:

Отличное расположение. Бассейн для малышей👍🏻👍🏻

Cons:

Бассейн закрывается в 19.00( как по мне это очень рано, еще жара стоит на улице).
Еда достаточно однообразная, строгие временные рамки ужина( всего один час)
В мини клубе никто не говорил на русском, это тоже небольшой минус
Слышимость в отеле сумасшедшая(((( слышно все и всех.
На горках моя 7 летняя дочь почти не покаталась, так как на все горки можно только от 120 см, а она ниже, на две пустили, но мне нужно было ее сопровождать все время.
Персонал отличный, кроме одного инцидента ( на ресепшене одна девушка по имени Олеся( что говорит само за себя что она русскоговорящая) отказалась со мной говорить на русском.

Pros:

Opinión sincera tras 4 días de estancia: decepción absoluta

Me considero una persona optimista por naturaleza: ascético, generoso, amable y poco dado a las quejas, especialmente en redes sociales. Pero tras pasar cuatro días en este establecimiento, siento que es mi deber hacer una excepción.

Volviendo a casa intentaba recordar en cuántos hoteles de 4 estrellas me he alojado. Muchos, sin duda. Y no recuerdo ninguno que merezca menos esa categoría que este. Palabras como estafa, engaño, timo, decepción, trampa, son las primeras que me vienen a la cabeza al describirlo.

Llegada y primeras impresiones:
Llegamos a media tarde. Descargamos el equipaje en la zona habilitada frente al hotel y, al hacer el check-in, me entregan la tarjeta de la habitación tras abonar el importe restante de la reserva por adelantado, algo ya poco común y que da mala espina desde el principio.

Pregunto por el parking. En el contrato (en letra minúscula y enviado tras hacer el check-in online) se indica que se cobra aparte: 21€ por noche en temporada alta. Mi sorpresa fue que no permiten pagar solo por una noche, sino por toda la estancia, aunque llegues tarde y pienses mover el coche al día siguiente. La justificación: “normativa de la casa”, frase que escuchamos a diario y de forma constante por parte de todo el personal. Solo tras insistir de forma firme y pedir acceso a tal normativa accedieron a cobrarme solo una noche. Afortunadamente, al día siguiente encontré aparcamiento (y a unos 500 metros).

Sobre el parking: es un descampado de tierra vallado, sin vigilancia, y puede que te toque aprcar bastante lejos. Resalto que en ningún sitio de su web tiene la mínima cortesía de describir que aparcar cerca del hotel es prácticamente imposible. Un detalle que considero vital para personas mayores o familias con niños.

La habitación:
Tomamos los ascensores —tres, mal ubicados y generando colas— y llegamos a un pasillo estrecho (si vas con maletas te has de apartar bastante para dejar pasar

a la gente que viene en dirección contraria, y si está el carro de la limpieza aún se complica más) y mal señalizado (números blancos sobre fondo blanco). Tuvimos que ayudar a una pareja de edad avanzada que no encontraba su habitación. El ambiente general: frío, sin decoración, con suelos antiguos.

La habitación fue una decepción total: pequeña, espartana, sin decoración. Iluminación mínima, sin luz en el techo y solo en las mesitas de noche. La televisión está mal ubicada, sólo visible tumbado de lado en la cama. Mobiliario escaso y antiguo. Ni un accesorio, ni tan solo un bolígrafo. Debajo de la cama, envoltorios de comida del huésped anterior. En la terraza, dos sillas y una mesa de plástico con un cenicero lleno de colillas.

El baño, algo más actualizado, pero muy pequeño. No me considero corpulento y solo cabía en la ducha de lado. Dos vasos de papel que no reponen durante toda la estancia. La luz de la terraza se enciende y apaga automáticamente, sin opción a controlarlo.

Restaurante y servicios:
La cena comienza con colas para que te asignen mesa, aunque sea buffet libre. Las bebidas se pagan aparte, incluso el agua, lo cual me pareció inaceptable. Vi cómo llamaban la atención a una familia por sacar agua embotellada para sus hijos, con la típica respuesta del camarero: “normativa de la casa”.

El aire acondicionado estaba a tope. Había niños cenando con sudadera. La comida era aceptable, pero lo que publicitan como "showcooking" se reduce a alguien cocinando hamburguesas frente a una parrilla. Nada más.

En el desayuno, tuvimos suerte de madrugar. Al salir, la cola llegaba hasta recepción.

La zona de piscina también deja mucho que desear. Las fotos del hotel no reflejan la realidad. Coincido con otras opiniones en que las fotos publicadas no se ajustan a la realidad.

Für Familien mit Kindern empfehlenswert
Pros:

Was als 1,5-tägier Zwischenstopp auf unserer Europareise gedacht war, entpuppte sich als absolutes Kinder-Highlight. Die Poollandschaft mit diversen Rutschen, Piratenschiff, Kanu sowie die Minidisco, die Zaubershow und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Mittelmeer kamen bei den 3 und 6 Jahre alten Kindern (und auch bei den Eltern) gut an.
Das Personal, insbesondere der Pförtner, waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein Parkplatz steht unmittelbar am Hotel zur Verfügung. Die Anreise mit dem Auto hat problemlos geklappt.
Frühstück- und Abendessen waren reichlich. Geschmacklich völlig ok, für uns aber auch nichts herausragendes. Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker.
Wir würden dieses Hotel nochmal buchen (mit kleinerem Koffer).

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren doch sehr eng. Ein paar Quadratmeter mehr für den großen Koffer wären hilfreich gewesen.
Das viele nicht gegessene Essen auf den zurückgebliebenen Tellern hat war nicht so schön. Schade drum.
