Boa experiência
Pros:

Localização boa ,para quem carro e não quer andar com as bagagens de um lado para o outro.
Com restaurante comece se bem ,mas a ementa a nível de peixe,e o que o mar dá no dia.
José proprietário,muito prestável e simpático.

Cons:

Água do duche ,sai sempre pq tem o cortina MT alto.
De resto e tudo sustentável.
Nada de luxo mas aceitável

Nice location, weird room arrangement...
Pros:

The location is fine, with beautiful views. The food is good.

Cons:

What they don't tell you is that the basic rooms are in reality right by the restaurant/bar/dining area. The location of the rooms, literally 3 steps away from a bar/restaurant that's open to everybody, is a bit peculiar. Also, the bathroom is in an open space that's separated from the bedroom by a wall that does not go all the way to the ceiling. It does not have a door.

Freundliche Unterkunft mit schöner Terrasse mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt Santana. Die Hauptstadt Sao Tome ist etwa 12 Kilometer, der Flughafen 20 Kilometer entfernt. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit idyllischem Blick über den Dschungel auf die Berge bzw. auch in Richtung Meer. WLAN funktioniert gut, Stromgenerator vorhanden (wird zu bestimmten Zeiten eingeschaltet). Privatparkplätze im Innenhof vorhanden. Es gibt Getränke und ein Restaurant - sehr zu empfehlen, am besten das Abendessen vorbuchen! Frühstück ist sehr gut und wird ebenfalls auf der Terrasse serviert. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend geräumig, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist hier hervorragend!

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war kein Spiegel, es wurde aber in kürzester Zeit ein Spiegel organisiert. Bei den häufiger vorkommenden Stromausfällen auf der Insel gibt es bis zum Einschalten des Generators dann auch kein Internet. Die Zimmer liegen teilweise direkt beim Restaurant und sind hellhörig; meistens ist der Restaurantbetrieb (teilweise auch mit Musik) gegen 22:00 Uhr beendet.

Well organized, friendly staff, no mosquitoes, clean basic rooms and good position.
Pros:

Josè & Luca were super friendly and always available to answer all our many questions with patience and assist us during our trip. I stayed with with my family & friends, there are bungalows surrounded by greenery and rooms by the restaurant. We rented two rooms by the restaurant and we slept very well: the rooms have mirrored glass windows & curtains so people cannot see inside your room, also it was not noisy, because it gets dark very early people tend to go to bed rather early as well, the location is pleasantly breezy and the aircon works very well and there were surprisingly few mosquitoes, no mosquitoes in the rooms at all, because they all have nets. We were also happy to have rented the Pajero 4x4 car from Casa Cantagalo directly as it is not uncommon to get a flat tyre in the São Tomé road in general, and Josè and the staff were available to fix our car promptly. The car rental fee is not cheap but was totally worth it. The breakfast was good ( fresh omelettes, fresh fruit, bread, hot drinks ), all staff super friendly, just take it easy because the service is a bit slow in general ( on the whole island ). Very clean basic rooms with comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, the restaurant was OK for us, menu a bit repetitive but very handy and convenient to have it there as we were tired in the evening from all our explorations and did not feel like going out a lot at night. It is lovely to hang out on the terrace for drinks and the atmosphere is relaxed & friendly it was easy to socialize with fellow guests. I'll certainly be back !

Réactivité du propriétaire qui nous a surclassé en bungalow car la chambre que nous avions loué donnait sur la salle du restaurant alors que c’était indiqué vue mer !

Logement très bien situé, en plein centre-ville. Nous avions la chambre qui donnait sur la rue, donc c'était néanmoins un peu bruyant. La personne en charge du ménage était particulièrement sympathique, et prompte à nous aider quand nous avions des demandes. Cassio, le propriétaire, était également très sympathique.

Cons:

Rien en particulier. La situation du logement fait que ça peut être un peu bruyant car c'est en centre-ville et directement sur le marché central.
