Réactivité du propriétaire qui nous a surclassé en bungalow car la chambre que nous avions loué donnait sur la salle du restaurant alors que c’était indiqué vue mer !

Logement très bien situé, en plein centre-ville. Nous avions la chambre qui donnait sur la rue, donc c'était néanmoins un peu bruyant. La personne en charge du ménage était particulièrement sympathique, et prompte à nous aider quand nous avions des demandes. Cassio, le propriétaire, était également très sympathique.

Cons:

Rien en particulier. La situation du logement fait que ça peut être un peu bruyant car c'est en centre-ville et directement sur le marché central.

Localizado na EN2, depois de Santana em direção ao Sul
Ficámos alojados uma noite, no bungalow Cacau, tem dimensões generosas, com varanda.
Tem estacionamento
Bom pequeno almoço
A zona do restaurante é num terraço com vista
Jantámos no restaurante, boa comida e bom atendimento
Teria sido uma estadia agradável, se não fosse as pulgas dos cachorros, esta situação foi resolvida molhando toda área à volta do bungalow
Uma boa opção para quem não quiser fazer a estrada para o Sul de noite

Melhorias a considerar
Como estão ainda a construir outros bungalows, parece que estamos no meio de um estaleiro, deviam colocar uns tapumes na zona de construção
Desinfectar os cachorros, para não passar pulgas para os hóspedes
Colocar uma protecção no chuveiro, tem uma cortina de plástico que não veda, ao tomarmos banho a casa de banho fica cheia de agua.

Pros:

La cabaña estaba muy limpia y encima había agua caliente.

Cons:

La cama es bastante dura y pasamos un poco de frío, pero lo solucionamos con la manta de otra cama.

Pros:

Molto pulito. Spazioso. Colazione ottima.
Bungalow con le cose principali e tutto funzionante. Doccia meravigliosa: pressione ottimale e aqua calda

Pros:

The staff was very kind, breakfast very diverse. The room was very clean, it has AC and beds were extremely comfy.
Very well located, 10min drive to Praia Sete Ondas and Micondo.

Cons:

The room faced directly the restaurant so we could hear noise very early in the morning (when the staff start to prepare breakfast).

A great location to sleep before starting exploring the south of the island.

Amazing terrace, breakfast with a breathtaking view. Breakfast also good and with quality. Rooms are basic but spacious

Pros:

The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful despite not knowing any English.
The owners are nice and friendly and helpful too.
The breakfast was lovely. They had great variety.
The size of the room was good.
The views were beautiful.

Cons:

The female manager was rude. From the very beginning, she didn't even greet us before asking me to pay. Then for the rest of the week, she didn't even say good morning or anything.
The location is challenging without a hired car.
The rooms are on the same site as the restaurant so it gets pretty loud.
They didn't change our bedsheets for the first 3 nights, and our towels were never changed.
