Highly recommend
Pros:

Prime location
Beautiful hotel nested in Wengen. They nailed the Neo-retro vibe with excellent service, breathtaking spa and a tasty restaurant.
Bonus for Kauffman massage.

Cons:

Not much.

It was not quite what we expected
Pros:

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The ski room is a long way away. The hotel did not appear to be geared up for skiing The hotel was disorganised generally. We felt that the hotel was very heavily oriented to a conference rather than individual guests. The only lift was terrible and was overly used by staff. The menu at the restaurant was limited

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff

Fully renovated charming vintage hotel
Stunning view towards Jungfrau
Excellent location for Männlichen and Kleine Scheidegg

Cons:

Big groups at dinner: very noisy
Breakfast buffet choice rather disappointig for a 5 * hotel, no egg station, but they charge you 7 CHF for an egg benedict
There is only a plunge pool, not suitable for swimming

A great choice in Wengen
Pros:

A lovely traditional hotel, helpful staff in a great location. My room had a fantastic view.

Cons:

Nothing- except the cost. But it is Wengen, to be expected.

Pros:

Très belle chambre avec vue magnifique, petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Personnel intentionné et toujours disponible pour toute demande. Cadre magnifique et à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Great location! Beautiful views!
Pros:

I really loved our room view, we had a great view of the mountains which made the stay lovely.
The breakfast was good, good choices.
The check-in was different to what I am used to. They welcomed us in the lounge area and gave us a welcome tea.
I would have loved a bit of guidance of what to do around if you don't ski, the yoga classes and facilities. Overall it was a great stay.
