Une parenthèse enchantée 😍
Pros:

Absolument TOUT ! L’emplacement merveilleux, le goût du mobilier et de la réflexion « ancien-contemporain « , la luminosité, le personnel aux petits soins tout en étant discret. Un pur bonheur 🫶

Grossartiges Grand Hotel mit wunderbarer Aussicht und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Renovation des Grand Hotel Belvedere ist zu 100% gelungen - ein Bijoux der Schweizer Hoteltradition! Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht phänomenal.
Das schöne und überschaubare Spa besticht durch eine moderne Architektur. Befremdlich ist die Bekleidungspflicht IN der Sauna.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, angefangen von Ronnie und Alex als Shuttle-Fahrer über die Rezeption bis hin zum Frühstückspersonal. Der Room-Service hat einwandfreie Arbeit geleistet.

Cons:

An die Tatsache, dass Englisch die Hauptsprache ist und sämtliches Personal aus dem Ausland kommt, kann man sich gewöhnen. Leider haben wir einen Chef des Hauses oder besser Gastgeber vermisst. Wie sich herausstellte, gab es ihn (ein Schweizer :-) ) und er war auch anwesend, leider jedoch für uns als Gäste nicht spürbar.

Das Abendessen am Samstag, 21. März 2026 konnte qualitativ den hohen Ansprüchen des Hauses leider nicht gerecht werden. Wir hoffen, dass dies auf einen Ausfall von Köchen zurückzuführen ist und nicht als Standard gelebt wird.
Im Übrigen fanden wir das Angebot der Gerichte zu hohen Preisen sehr nonkonformistisch. Beispielsweise fanden wir es schade, dass es neben dem veganen Käsefondue kein normales Käsefondue gab. Schliesslich verwunderten wir uns darüber, dass das günstigste Glas Wein 14 oder 15 Franken kostete.

Pros:

Frukosten va enastående och läget är helt otroligt. Extremt modernt Spa och otroliga faciliteter. Och vyn är helt makalös. Dyrt hotell men ändå värt pengarna man betalar.

Cons:

Gymmet kunde varit större annars va allt annat helt perfekt!

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!
Der SPA Bereich ist klein, aber sehr komfortabel. Die Massagedüsen im Pool eine große Wohltat.

Cons:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, leider kein Obstsalat.

Very enjoyable stay. In particular the staff were delightful, the interiors were beautiful and the bar area was very nic
Pros:

Everything very clean and new and well looked after. Obviously had benefited from the refurbishment. Some of the interiors were stunning.

Cons:

We thought that the dinner menu was rather limited and expensive, so we ate out most evenings.

Prime location
Beautiful hotel nested in Wengen. They nailed the Neo-retro vibe with excellent service, breathtaking spa and a tasty restaurant.
Bonus for Kauffman massage.

It was not quite what we expected
Pros:

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The ski room is a long way away. The hotel did not appear to be geared up for skiing The hotel was disorganised generally. We felt that the hotel was very heavily oriented to a conference rather than individual guests. The only lift was terrible and was overly used by staff. The menu at the restaurant was limited

Cons:

Big groups at dinner: very noisy
Breakfast buffet choice rather disappointig for a 5 * hotel, no egg station, but they charge you 7 CHF for an egg benedict
There is only a plunge pool, not suitable for swimming

A great choice in Wengen
Pros:

A lovely traditional hotel, helpful staff in a great location. My room had a fantastic view.
