The hotel is a former chateau an has great outside grounds particularly for having breakfast and to walk around. The downstairs bar area and casual eating area have an old-style feeling. The swimming pool is also OK. Breakfasts were quite good.
The hallway carpets on Level 1 are stained and dirty giving the feeling of a 3 star hotel. The main bedroom is large and clean however furniture is basic, the king size bed is OK. We had luke warm water much of the time (insufficient hot water capability, don't go there in winter) for which they gave us a 15% reduction. The bathroom area itself was very good.
Beautiful classic Provence estate. Stayed in 3 diff room categories..all good. Rattairamt and bar food v good quality. Stunning gardens.
A couple of the sockets/ charging ports didn’t work in one room - upstairs of villa.
Wonderful accommodation almost in the city center. Very nice staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Beautiful surroundings and hotel garden. Excellent dinner.
Very, very rushed waiters during dinner. It was quite unpleasant and disturbing how they ran from table to table. He was still holding the plate above our table and his feet were already at the other table. We have not seen so much stress in Provence in the last 18 years.

Location and the provencal decoration ( especially the commin areas ) are very nice. You can feel the provencal atmosphere in the hotel thqn in the city. Reception is very proffesional. Beautiful Garden.
The breakfast is moderate for such an elegant hotel. Very few number of staff is working for restaurants. The service is below average. The rooms need urgent renovation to catch the level of common areas.

ביוזמת המלון שודרג לנו החדר לוילה למשך ארבעה ימים. כך ללא הסבר. הוילה היתה חלומית. המיקום של המלון מצוין. 15 דקות הליכה ממרכז העיר. אין צורך ברכב. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. המלון עצמו מעוצב כמו בית מהמאה 16 וחדר האוכל מזמין ונעים עם ריהוט תואם. בעיה במזגן תוקנה מיידית וצוות המלון היה אדיב ושירותי. להמחשה, יומיים לאחר עזיבתנו נשלחה לנו תמונה של פריט ביגוד שנמצא בוילה ונשאלנו אם זה שלנו כדי שיוכלו להחזיר.
למלון יש רחבה גדולה לחניה וגן מטופח מול חדר האוכל.

Camere pulitissime.
La camera in cui ho soggiornato necessitava di un po’ di manutenzione e di ammodernamento. Mobilio, e porte datati (non d’epoca, semplicemente vetusti), scrostati e con molti segni di usura non accettabili per un hotel di questo livello.
Servizio alla colazione e al ristorante gentile ma inadeguato. Per ben due volte abbiamo dovuto chiedere i tovaglioli perché non erano presenti sul tavolo.
