Relaxing Spirit of Provence
Pros:

Beautiful place and with a view of the extensive garden and Sainte-Victoire mountain our room had everything we wanted!

Cons:

Would have liked to use the spa , but it was already closed at 5 pm … and I couldn’t use the gym either

A magical stay!
Pros:

It was a magical stay! All the details around the hotel: the garden, the restaurant, the interior- all was amazing. The little treats left in the room everyday, the tea and choco time, the delicious food in the restaurant - i was so full all the time!
The staff was super friendly, professional and welcoming, especially the staff in the restaurant.

This is a beautiful and unique property, we hope to be back.
Pros:

Loved the grounds and the feeling of being remote while still within walking distance to the city center. The hotel and staff were engaging and helpful.

Hotel delicioso! Voltaria com certeza.
Pros:

O hotel é excelente e muito bonito.
O quarto é espaçoso e confortável.
Café da manhã delicioso, com muita variedade.
Tem estacionamento gratuito.
Relativamente perto do centro.
Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Destaque para a Isabel, que nos ajudou muito com dicas de passeios.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. A única coisa que eu citaria é que o banheiro do quarto tinha um cheio ruim.

Hotel lindo e perto do centro!
Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, muito bem conservado tendo em conta que é um edificio centenário, os jardins são lindos e muito bem mantidos.
Parque estacionamento gratuito para os hospedes.
Quarto muito confortável, todos os dias deixam um miminho.
Sala do pequeno almoço lindissima.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço para um 5* deveria ter mais opção principalmente na parte de enchidos e queijos, para quem fica alguns dias como o nosso caso , a pastelaria é um pouco repetitiva, o serviço de pequeno almoço não é claro , no sentido do que se pode pedir ou não directamento ao funcionário como ovos mexidos ou outro tipo de coisas que ficamos sem perceber, deviam ter uma lista dos pedidos possíveis nas mesas.
Acesso ao SPA pouco claro, pareceu-nos que tinha um custo mesmo para os hospedes.
No check in fomos surpreendidos com uma retenção de 500€ num cartão de crédito para além do pagamento da estadia, foi uma primeira vez não é muito comum mesmo num 5* mas deveriam informar o hospede com antecipação.
Uma pequena observação, ambos fizemos anos durante a estadia e não houve nenhuma atenção, como ocorre em alguns hotéis, não que quisessemos , mas num hotel como este acho que devia levar em consideração estes pequenos detalhes.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in der Provence.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Personal in der Bar und im Restaurant sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

En pärla! Enkelt att ta sig dit med bil och kort promenad till centrum om man önskar.
Personalen gör allt för att man ska känna sig hemma och bjuder på det lilla extra.
I den mysiga matsalen med utsikt mot terassen kan man njuta av en väldigt god middag. Frukosten är lyxig & variations rik.
När jag kan kommer jag tillbaka!
